I was hit by someone in a parking lot and their insurance, Progressive, only warrantied two places in Lake Charles: Keith’s Paint and Body, and another one I can’t remember. After reading reviews, I went with Keith’s and I’m so glad I did! They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with the status of the job. My car ended up needing to be taken to the Toyota dealership for some electrical work and Keith’s towed it there and back and were able to finish the work in perfect timing for me to switch back to my car and give my dad his car back. When I picked up my car, the associate explained everything that happened from the start of the process and made sure to answer any questions I had.
