Took my vehicle to them because something keeps draining the battery. They found nothing and claimed it might be my dashcam. Unplugged it, and it still died again. Absolutely no help. Then they proceeded to try and get me to buy new tires for $950. Needless to say I went somewhere else and got new tires for $440. Update: Took it to the dealership, and it was, in fact, a parasitic draw despite country club auto claiming there was nothing wrong with it.

The work on the vehicle was skillfully and wonderfully done and a perfect match to the original. I couldn’t be more pleased. A special bonus was the detail work both inside and out. And “The Extra Mile” award goes to Brittany. A special Christian visor clip which has been my Mom’s has stayed in my vehicle since her passing 24 years ago. It was accidentally misplaced during the detailing. Brittany went on a major search to find it, even calling other customers who had work done on the same day. I am overjoyed that she was able to return it to me. If she represents the dedication of Bentley's employees, it’s easy to see that the success of Bentley’s is well deserved.

My dad is on disability so I had to go in half to get his vehicle fixed we payed 800 dollars and they changed a valve cover and number 3 coil plug on right side. We told them while driving the car would go dead. They claimed it was fixed we left and the vehicle still kept going dead so they said bring it back up there they looked at it and said they put more coolant in the vehicle and said if that is low that could cause the vehicle to go dead. The vehicle is still going dead so I called up there and told the man about the issue he claims they did not diagnose to vehicle he claims the person that called them is the one that diagnosed the vehicle and said this is what's wrong with it and that needs to be done and they said that is what they did with the vehicle which my dad is not the one that diagnosed to vehicle he called and told them what the problem was that was going on with the vehicle that it kept going dead while driving they claimed they could fix the vehicle but they did not fix the vehicle I called this morning to try to get something resolved because I went in half to pay to get my dad's vehicle fixed because he's on disability the man kept telling me over the phone that they did not diagnose the vehicle they did work to the vehicle that the person explain to them what was wrong with the vehicle over the phone and said they didn't diagnose the vehicle which is not true because when I went into the mechanic shop I also let them know myself before they worked on the vehicle that the vehicle kept going dead while driving and that's why we want to vehicle fixed we paid $800 a couple of days ago and when we left there the man said the vehicle shouldn't go dead anymore the vehicle is still going dead they won't help resolve the matter when I called up there to explain to him I told him $800 is a lot of money and y'all did not fix the vehicle he thought I was being rude but I was not being rude because I asked him did I not tell you that the vehicle was going dead while driving and he claims that we did not tell him that which we did he claims that they did not diagnose the vehicle a mechanic is supposed to diagnose a vehicle my dad is on disability and this is wrong and I am going to take further actions to see that this matter is resolved because it's not right do not go to this place because they will tell you that they are not the ones that diagnosed the vehicle they will tell you whatever problems you explain to them is what they do to the vehicle and basically they are stating that when you bring your vehicle in whatever you say is wrong with it they're going to fix even though that was not the case before I hand it over my money I'll let that person know that the vehicle goes dead while driving and that is the reason why we need the vehicle fixed 800 is a lot of money for a valve cover to be changed and one spark plug in the vehicle is still not fixed it's wrong to do people like this especially people that is on disability I had to get my money involved to do this work and the vehicle is still not fixed when I asked that man over the phone did I not tell you that the car was going dead while driving he will not answer me he told me that I should go somewhere else so basically they just took $800 from us and the vehicle is still not working this is my review to put awareness out there to people that deal with them if you don't tell them out of your mouth I want a diagnosed with my vehicle they will tell you you are the one that diagnosed the vehicle we didn't when clearly my dad that is on disability told the man that the vehicle goes dead while driving and that's why I need to be fixed the mechanic is the one that's supposed to diagnose the vehicle from my point of view if you're a mechanic so basically we got ripped out of $800

I was replacing the spark plugs in my daughter‘s car and one plug would not come out. I took it down to country Club auto and they were able to remove the Number six plug at a reasonable price. Very pleased with my services I recommend them to other people

The shop finished my repair earlier than quoted, which was great, and they even included a nice perk of free detailing a few times a year. I appreciated those things. However, when I came to pick up my car, the battery was completely dead. While I understand the battery was older, I had never had any issues with it prior to the accident and it being in their care for 2 weeks. The shop told me it wasn’t their responsibility and initially quoted me $308 for a replacement. It took my husband calling in to get the situation resolved, and ultimately they installed a cheaper Walmart battery. In the end, the car looks good and they did make it right, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and a bit let down after what had otherwise been smooth service.
