Called this guy because my niece ran over something on I-10 and her vehicle was disabled in Iowa, LA which is near Lake Charles. We had to call twice before he picked up. He sounded like we woke him up, but he said he would be there in 45 minutes once he finished a job he was working on. After an hour we called him back and again it sounded like I woke him up and he said he was just finishing up and would be there in 45 minutes. He never showed up and never called back which wasted precious time because my niece still had 5 more hours to drive to reach her destination for a new job she was starting the next day. People are already traumatized when they have car problems and they are far away from home (FL) and for him to say he was coming and not show up and waste time that they could have been using to find other means, makes him not only a bad businessman but a heartless one as well. Update: He called my niece as I was writing this review (almost 4 1/2 hours after the initial call) to say that a mechanic gave him my niece's number and asked her if the mechanic ever showed up. It was the same voice that answered the phone when we called the number on Google so he was now pretending to be someone else. He then shows up to the auto parts store where we towed the car because we were going to try using the K-Seal to seal the radiator. He proceeds to take the radiator apart and says it needs to be replaced and had my niece wait while he watched a video on how to fix it. He then tells her, it would take about 6 hours but he didn't want to do it that day because he could do several small jobs and make the same amount as it would cost for that one job. He actually said that. He told my niece she could leave it with him and rent a car to get to her destination and then come back for it once he fixed it. So my niece told him to put everything back together because if she had to leave it with a mechanic and come back for it, she would rather leave it with a dealership than leave it with him especially after what she had experienced so far. After all that, he charged her $40 for nothing which I believe is his scam because basically he's able to make $40 an hour and all he has to do is show up, and then say he can't do the job. I don't believe he was working on a vehicle when we called him either because you can tell when someone is just waking up.

My car was having issues with starting. I’d heard it could be the alternator, the starter, the key fop, so many possibilities, mechanics didn’t know where to start. Enrique came out to my house and ran electrical tests and diagnosed my car as simply having a “flat” battery that needed replacement. It SAVED me HUNDREDS of dollars in unnecessary mechanic work, have had zero issues since battery replacement. I LOVE THAT LEVEL of honesty and efficiency. Thanks goodness there’s still people like this out in the world!

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ SOME OF THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I CALLED THIS GUY. DO NOT & I MEAN "DO NOT" LET THIS MAN FIX YOUR CAR!!! Im not from here. I just recently moved to Lake Charles. I was on the internet searching for a mobile mechanic and he popped up. I decided to give him a try & boy, did I regret it. This guy did a botched up job on my car. When I called him back, I couldn't get an answer. I texted him and he never called me back. I had to get another mechanic to pretty much do the same job he did. Not to mention, the other mechanic was much cheaper & definitely more professional. This guy is a nothing but a scam artist. He will never get my monies again & I suggest you don't give him yours. YOU WILL REGRET IT & REMEMBER, I TOLD YOU SO!!!

So I’m calling different mobile mechanics to see who’s got the best Price and has the best ratings. So I accidentally called this man for a second time after I had spoke to him and he got real angry and was like you already spoke to me this and that I text you my number. I was like OK I’m sorry I was just calling around different shops. I didn’t realize, I clicked on yours again and he hung up in the middle of talking definitely won’t be getting my business and way too much just to come look at a vehicle and don’t even know what he’s talking about

I called yesterday and no answer. He did call back and I explained what I needed done. He told me he'd be at my house at 9 am on Aug 9. 9:06 he wasn't there. I waited until 9:19 and sent him a text asking if he was still coming. No answer. I waited a whole hour with no response. He didn't even reach out to let me know he may be late or something maybe came up and he couldn't make it. Who knows? Maybe he wouldn't have been able to do the job. But it would have been nice to know. At 10:03 I sent another message. Told him not to worry about it and I'd just bring it to a shop. Don't tell someone you will be there by a certain time to do a job then not show up and not say anything. That's bad business.

This guy was the absolute worse, my biggest regret was not reading all the reviews. He had to look up a tutorial on how to prop open our door then he proceeded to tell us that some of the parts were broken but that we had to wait on some parts to arrive because the store did not have it readily available then my boyfriend wanted to clarify with him which parts he needed but the mechanic was being dismissive, he yelled in his face and straight up ignored my boyfriend. He then proceeded to demand for his payment like we weren’t willing to pay(paying him was NEVER the issue). Whenever we finally found a nicer and more trusting mechanic, he then confirmed that some of the parts this guy told us that were broken were indeed, not broken. After reading many reviews we found out that he does this to a lot of people, he’ll inspect your car tell you what you need fixed, won’t fix it and demand his pay. Additional red flags - the number attached to his page is a 337 number but then whenever he called us back, he called from a Honolulu number - RUDE,DISMISSIVE AND A LIAR! DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH TOUR CAR

What a great surprise using this company... I had one of my semi trucks break air lines in Lake Charles... I called around to a few different place that couldn't get it done quick or cost to much... I called this place and gave him a chance... Not just quick, but reasonable prices as well... I would definately recommend this place for repairs...

Came out to fix a brake problem. The next day my brakes weren't working & leaking brake fluid. Took 2 days to get in touch with him & had to call from a different number. When he finally came out to finish the job he didn't do it right & I had to take my car somewhere else. Instead of giving me a receipt for the parts he gave me an invoice with an Xtra $40 charge on it. He has 2 postings on Google where the phone rings straight to him, but he calls from a completely different number. Told me his name was Kay Penny which I think is fake. Save yourself the trouble & bring your car somewhere else.
