Bairds had a coupon for synthetic oil change for $69. I got in quickly but it took them 30 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to remove the maintenance needed for my Prius dashboard. Also they never put a sticker for my next oil change.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change to my dealer, and left with an unexpected diagnostic review that recommended $4200 in additional service work. That same day, I received Baird’s flyer that offered free reviews of estimates recently received. Blair’s took a look at my vehicle and all the recommendations.They found really only 1 item (My Brakes) that needed immediate work. They did a great job at an affordable price. I know I’ll be using Blair’s for service in the future. Rafael and all the others were friendly and reliable! Thank you! August 28, 2025 Had a headlight burnt out and Baird’s took care of it in 20 minutes at a very reasonable price. I really don’t think I need to be taking my car any place but here for servicing. Friendly, fast and reliable! (I don’t know why google makes it so difficult to add a new review… Additional review. 11/29/2024: I will always chose Baird’s Auto and Tire for work on my vehicle. Needed an oil change and tire balancing before a road trip for Thanksgiving. They were very busy. Hunter was very helpful and friendly, and was able to get me in for servicing. This is a great business!

I Don't Feel That I Get A Full Point Inspection Like I Was Given The Last Time I Got My Oil Changed There! I Did Receive A Email But It Didn't Share Any Thing Was Checked As It Was During My Previous Oil Change! I Also Had Mentioned Upon Checking In That My ASF Was Flashing On And Off And Was Told That It Would Be Checked Out And Looked At!! Which Didn't Happen! I Had Reminded Them Of That After Paying The Bill!! And Was Told That I Had To Bring It Back And Pay $80.00 For Them To Check It Out! Dissatisfied. I Had Much Better Service The 1st Time I Came There And Got My Oil Changed

I asked them to repair the blender door problem, because it was popping continuously. I had no problem with the labor cost, and not too much of a problem with the part cost. But they charged $80 to run a diagnostic test. When I asked why they needed to run a diagnostic, I was told so his mechanic would know what to repair. I think the loud popping coming from behind the dashboard ( which is a common problem with this type of vehicle, as they even told me) would be a dead give away!

I dropped my car off July 20th and it’s still not done. I was quoted it would be done in 3 weeks with a new engine for $4,700. It’s been almost three months and my suv is still not done. It’s been excuse after excuse. I contacted a lawyer and he hasn’t responded to my lawyer either. Part of the auto repair act I’m supposed to get a written estimate of what is getting done. Lary the owner says he doesn’t do that type of thing till the job is done as a receipt. My lawyer sent a letter asking for the documents and he hasn’t responded failed to give it to us. Now the price has went up $900 and for additional parts I didn’t authorize to be purchased. The mechanic shop is Braids Automotive. The previous owner is wonderful if I had known he sold his shop two years ago I never would have brought my vehicle there. The owner had poor customer service failed to call and give me updates on my vehicle and failed to ask before purchasing more parts for me to pay for. I had asked him what if my car isn’t don’t by the deadline. His response was “what if a meteor strikes my build I won’t be fixing it at all would it?” I’m just trying to bring awareness to everyone else so they don’t have to go through the same thing I have. Being with out a car for 3 months due to his mechanic not showing up for work isn’t my problem. He refuses to give a discount for the weeks my vehicle sat not getting worked on. Plus the engine he brought for my car sat in the garage so the warranty on it is almost up since it sat for weeks without getting worked on. Also refused to release my vehicle for it to be brought to another shop. Horrible customer service I hope nobody has to go through the same thing I am going through with them. If I could get negative stars I would. Larry has horrible customer service and communication skills. I came to posting here because when I try to call and talk to Larry about how I feel I get hung up on. He doesn’t answer my lawyer I’m at a stand still. So hoping this brings awareness to others so nobody has to go through this. You would think since his mechanic Michael caused a-lot of problems to my vehicle and slowed down the process of it getting fixed he would be trying to make it right and keep his customers happy.

Tried out Baird’s for the first, and had a pretty negative experience. I went in for an oil change, and they called and informed me that they would strongly recommend two additional services, so I agreed to have them do the work. After looking into it, it turns out these were completely unnecessary and simply an upsell. When I brought this up to them at checkout, they just told me “well it was just a recommendation, you could have said no”. The most important thing to me in a mechanic is shooting straight, and that was definitely not the experience I got.

Took my car here at the recommendation of a family member. My check engine light had came on. Felt like experience was a scam. Dropped off my car and was told they would call when they know something. Called an hour later saying the initial scan showed warnings for six electrical systems. Wouldn't tell me what systems or what caused it. Said they would need an additional 3.5 hours of diagnostic work which would cost me 600. I told them I would just wait on that, and then they mention that they would bill me 80 for what they have already done. No mention of this initial charge when I dropped the car off. Other places I have gone in town (discount tires and a few others) had absolutely no charge for initial diagnostic. So basically I had to pay almost 90 with tax for zero answers. Only to be told I have to pay 600 for more testing. Also left mud all over my floors and a dirty rag in the cup holder. Scam. I definitely recommend to anyone just to go elsewhere. UPDATE to answer Reply: Yes I understand that there is a primary diagnostic and what I am upset about is the fact that was not clearly explained when I dropped the car off, and no cost was mentioned. I have taken it other places in town like discount tires and others and they did the initial assessment and there was no cost, so that is what I assumed and was NOT told otherwise when I dropped car off. Also I am upset that the results of the initial diagnostic was not explained. He literally just said there were several electrical warnings and when I asked for details he literally said he wouldn't know unless he did more diagnostic work. He could have told me what warnings were presented and then said in order to figure out more details about these warnings I would need more testing. I asked what type of additional diagnostic testing and he gave ZERO information about it. He literally just said I need 3 hours of additional diagnostic work and it would be six hundred dollars. No further details on what testing they would do at 200 an hour. I spoke to hunter and he did mention bringing it in for another look but I don't want to be charged again at this point so I am very hesitant to do so.

This was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! I was able to schedule an appointment online with all my information about my car on it so they could get started immediately as I got there. They had a variety of different snack and drink options to choose from while you waited, which it only took about 15-20 minutes for an oil change. I felt very comfortable and welcome by the employees without the usual feeling of being overcharged for things I didn’t understand as a teenage girl. Thank you!!

I will always take my car to this garage!! Staff is so nice and very honest they truly just want to get your car up and running! I called another garage for them to just check out my car and they said it's $200 up front, not even including the repairs!!!! The best experience yet! I have used several local service providers and Bairds tops them all. Great price, friendly and helpful staff/technicians. They asked questions without the ‘upscale’.
