The customer service at Caliber in Normal, IL was outstanding! We pulled in last Monday on our way to Michigan from St. Louis for a vacation road trip. As I was getting on the highway the person in front of me dodged a large piece of a bumper, and I had no choice but to run over it. When we heard something dragging we knew we had to stop and this location was just off the highway. Anthony came out to help, and pulled the car around the corner to take a look - all bays were full so he climbed under the car and removed the under carriage cover that had been dragging. While he did this I waited in the waiting area, which was so clean and welcoming, with Halloween decorations, candy and coffee. The person at the desk could not have been nicer. When Anthony finished, we asked how much we owe him and he said it was nothing, and sent us on our way. This type of kindness and service deserves a heartfelt shout out! Thank you, Anthony - we hope we never need your services again, but if we do, we would count ourselves very lucky to return to your shop. Thank you so much! Repair was not good. Took may car back. They blamed the insurance. They called would call the insurance company for a better part. Insurance company says they never called. Had back for them to look at. They that they would call me back. They have not. I have called. Tey just keep putting off.

After inspection of our vehicle, we were told by Caliber woman to receive an email we never got. We had to call to set up an appointment much later than we wanted. Our call wasn't returned. When we called her again, she PROMISED that we would receive a call by end of day (Friday). Didn't happen. We had to call the following Monday. It would've been convenient to have our vehicle repaired in December. As it turned out, we had to wait the following January and only after WE called them. January was not convenient. We had to keep the vehicle over the weekend. This was not a pleasant experience with this vendor!

WOW! These guys know customer service! I had a slight scratch that happened with a friend's car. We wanted to stay away from using our insurance and pay out of pocket. It was a very small scratch and they were able to buff it out. They did not charge me! I asked them to but they said just to give them a review! Well! We had a tire blowout while driving by the Normal location and pulled into the parking lot to check it. We were on the way to an important appointment so I went inside to ask if we could leave the car in the parking lot, uber to our appointment, and return to deal with the flat tire afterwards. The receptionist immediately asked one of the technicians to drive us across town to the appointment and had us leave our car keys so they could put the spare tire on the car while we were gone. When we returned my car was ready and waiting. They did all this for free and everyone was so helpful and kind. What a wonderful experience!
