The service department was absolutely wonderful in helping me and my daughter after one of our tires completely deflated while driving around town. My daughter is handicapped and uses a wheelchair. They quickly were able to provide me with a loaner car large enough for my daughter's equipment for a few days while they worked on my car. I was so relieved to be taken car of with promptness and car. Wonderful service department!!!!

1) do not expect call backs - three days of leaving messages was required for each call back. 2) do not expect them to give you honest answers about when they will get to your vehicle. I had mine towed here and was told it would be a week till they could do diagnostics, due to the backlog. Ok, I understand. Then it was three days leaving messages with Lisa, before I actually got her on the phone. She couldn't call between 12:30 & 12:30, she had been too busy. I turn my phone off at work and had explained this. Was told the shop would get to my car the following week. A week goes by and no word. I start calling Lisa, the Service recording, and another person...no return calls. Finally, living in Sprinfield and not able to get to physically get to the shop, I call and demand to talk to a manager. I'm told by Titus the shop is booked out till mid-Dec, but he would get my car done that day. Tomorrow it has been 4 weeks and I will finally get to pick up my car. No compensation was given for the runaround. As a Veteran who had been out of the US for over 20 yrs and only got back 4 years ago - I can't believe had badly the customer service has declined in the US.
