Excellent staff….changed the oil efficiently and then went above and beyond to change out headlights. They didn’t have them in stock so said to go buy them and they would still install them, 15 minutes before closing. 100% recommend this Normal, IL location!!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Today I went there to get an oil change and told the man who walked up to my car “I want the cheapest one”he told me the price . I also had a coupon he told me show the coupon to the person once I pay. When I was paying it was another guy and I mention the coupon a showed it to him. He said “his coworker told him about it in the back and he already applied it. I saw that it was over $100 when I was paying with car so I asked him again and he said it’s applied. I asked him one more time before I paid. Never got handed my receipt either. I will be back up there to get my refund or I will be reaching out to corporate offices. To try to get over a single mother with a toddler is ridiculous. I just simply needed a oil change for this cold winter smh

In the 3 years I’ve owned my vehicle. I’ve never had a problem with it Until I brought it here for an oil change. It’s been over a month now, there’s now snow on the ground as well AND my skid plate is missing AND it’s STILL in THEIR shop. I’ve been playing phone tag for the last month. Nobody can give me an answer on who’s replacing my skid plate. Very frustrating. They tried to tell me the screws were missing on the piece That’s still attached the vehicle….. BUT THE PIECE THAT’S MISSING AND THAT FELL OFF DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF PUTTING IT BACK ON CORRECTLY Still has screws…? I feel your workers at this location, Need a bit more training for such an easy task that is turned into a big headache that nobody wants to help me fix. Anyone got the number for the district management line??? Never in my life have I left a review on a company before until now😞

They stripped out my drain plug and did not tell me about it. My truck leaked out the oil and burnt up my motor i had to tow it to them. They said they had nothing to do with it and then I had to pay to tow it back to my place the owner from that place is rude. He told me that the drop of oil that's coming out of the drain plug. Was residue from 3000 miles ago i do not. Recommend anyone go to this place.

I was absolutely impressed with the courtesy and speed of service by the Jiffy Lube team. When I drove up to the shop, a Jiffy Lube employee walked up to greet me even before I left my car. Once my car's service was completed, in an amazingly short period of time, another employee escorted me to my car, opening the driver's side door for me. I have been to various Jiffy Lube locations in the past, but have NEVER been treated this well. An absolutely amazing experience! I'll be back.

I was asked what type of oil I would like to be used in my oil change and the process was fast and professional , the facility was clean and modern. . A little pricey for an oil change but I’m sure it was competitive with other places. Would highly recommend !

I appreciate how they showed me the cabin air filter and engine air filter. They explained the purpose of those filters, what happens when they are dirty, and how it affects the vehicle. They did not have the engine air filter on hand for my 2020 Honda Civic. They said come back tomorrow (they were about to close) and they will install it. I would have paid for it the same day as oil change but the service would be next day. They gave me a discount for being a first responder. They explained the tread bar on my tires and how my tires are low but filled them up. Professional. Helpful. Knowledgeable.

This morning I was traveling to an out of town destination for an important all day meeting when my oil light notice went off. The workers at Bloomington Illinois Joffy Lube were very prompt at finding a dirty air filter and yet complemenatary of the good shape of the tires despite their age. My oil was changed and new filter placed all in less than 15 minutes. The workers were reassuring about being efficient so I could still timely get to my meeting without worrying about any problems on my long trip home . I had asked a different service if they could help me and was told it would take over an hour compared to Jiffy Lubr’s prompt service. I recommend this group to anyone. Plus as a bonus they honored an online coupon discount!
