They give u different times for your truck to be ready over and over waited over a week for a 3 day job and got the run around every time they were called not happy at all with the management hopefully the mechanics are as good as they sound just very frustrated

Don't waste your time. They tell you they can look at your truck, then once they've wasted your day, it will be 2 more days before they can even diagnose the problem. Went to T/A and was fixed in 2 hours.

Owner operators if you want a dealership with that old school mechanic thinking where pride in doing a great job is key this is the shop. Not having you as a one time customer but one for life, This is the shop. I live in Kansas City Kansas I drive past plenty of shops to get to this shop.

I purchase parts for my truck at this location. Everyone at this location is very professional. Jason ( parts ) goes out of his way to help you find the correct part for your truck. Ive also had dealings with Jeremy and Mr. Gentes in parts . Great people to deal with. Courteous and professional.

I had the best experience in Rush Truck center. I brought my truck for DPF problem. It was shutting down every two minutes. The service department provided me written estimate with fair repair cost and parts price. The mechanic explained to me what is the problem and how long is going to take to fix it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Specially the service department manager Casey Danko, she is amazing. She stayed late 3 hr to finish repairing my truck. She helped me book hotel room and gave me ride. Great customer service. I cannot thank her enough. Good people work here. Keep the good work.

Save your time and money!!!! They mess me up!!!! Bad Service!!! They said it's warrenty within 1 years When I changed Clutch....After 4 month later, they said they can't fixed it.....They are liar!!!

We had a truck with a DEF sensor issue. Heather had a service truck enroute 20 minutes from him. Had to order a part and couldn’t get it til next day. Service with this Dealership was TOP NOTCH with all involved our truck was back on the road early next morning. And the repair bill was not thru the roof !!!!

Once I got past the call center & talked to Jason in parts - He had the part I needed at the right price & got it delivered to me - at the TA. The TA shop needs negative stars!! I then was able to drive my truck to the Rush shop for further diagnostics. The shop was able to get me in right away & the mechanic was very knowledgeable and got me back on the road right away!!! The whole team at Rush truck center - deserves 10 stars!!!
