Over the past few years I have had a nightmare with needing and getting car repairs. So when my car started acting up recently I felt like I wouldn't be able to get any more work done on it and I’d be left stuck in the same cycle. However Mobile Mechanics made my day and offered me the best service that I have ever received from a mechanic. I brought it in on Sunday and they had it repaired the same day for me, and ready to be picked it up Sunday night. The mechanic was super helpful in communicating with me throughout the process and answering any “dumb” questions I had. As I get back on my feet and become more and more proactive in caring for my car, I have found the mechanic I will use for the foreseeable future and will recommend him to others, he was a God send yesterday!

We are from out of town and the starter went out. It was a Saturday night and trying to get home. After finding them on Google, they were there within minutes to help diagnose everything. Highly recommend! My car battery died during a snowstorm on a very cold day, and I live away from family so I didn’t have anyone available to help me. Despite the weather and the distance, Mobile Mechanics came out to my house and replaced my battery quickly and efficiently. They were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and even took time to talk through a few other car concerns I had. I’m very grateful for their service and would absolutely recommend them.

I usually never write reviews (unless they are good), but my experience here was so bad that i feel I must warn others. I had an issue with my engine overheating, my coolant reservoir was empty and there was a leak. When I called, they recommended to put water in the reservoir and make my way to them as it would be cheaper. When I got on site, my car stopped starting. They had to push the car into the engine bay. The man looking at my car (I believe his name was Declan) was genuinely helpful and tried his best to diagnose the problem. I could also tell that he felt bad about the events that transpired after this, but the manager not only commented that I was ignornant about mechanical work because I am a woman, but proceeded to attempt to rip me off. All of the information I received as a "diagnosis", was information I have provided to them. The manage told me he would charge me an extra $75 per hour before diagnosing the problem AND $200 to drain the water that HE told me to put in my reservoir. When I told him that I would not pay him to do drain considering it was his recommendation and that I would feel more comfortable towing it to another shop, he stated that he charge me a "storage fee" if I did not drive it off the lot. In summary, my experience with them damaged my car much further than it already was. Sexist. Rude. And a huge rip off.

Great service, fair prices, and hard working. I had a flat and the Mobile Mechanics were able to head over to me quickly and help me get the flat tire off and a new one on. Even when some small problems came up they made sure to take care of the issues. Prices are fair and i never felt like i was paying too much. They have great mechanics and offer great service I highly recommend.

They are one of the worst. They behave very bad. I called them If they can change the water pump of my prius and how much will that cost. First they told me $280 then again they called me and told me that after reviewing how my work will be they can do it with $160. I told them if the can make it with $130 and we negotiated it with $130. They told me they will do it with $130 if I put 2 Good reviews from different account. I agreed with that. After I went there everything was okay and after working for 5 minutes, they were asking money upfront. I told them to work first then I will pay. After that the guy started behaving very rudely. He told the other guy to kick me out from the garage. As the already opened some part I had nothing to do. I was just trying to stay calm. They struggled a to open the headlight and some bolt. after that the same guy again behaved badly that they need more money to do everything perfectly. I did not want to pay more and told them to do however they can. Simply they are one of the worst and unprofessional.

100% recommend. Replaced my rear brakes Matt and team were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Straightforward with prices and work to be completed. Very accommodating by recommending a towing company to get the car to them (since it was so cold) and even helping me with rides to pick up the car once service was completed. Worked later into the night to ensure I had my vehicle back in working condition the same day as service requested. If you need regular maintenance or help in an emergency, would be hard to find better than this business.
