About six months ago we bought a new Genesis G80 mid-size sedan. Great car, we loved it! However, as nice as it was, we decided we needed a bigger car with more room. Last weekend we went to Genesis of Bloomington-Normal in Normal, IL to look at a new Genesis full-size sedan, the G90. We met Michelle McCaskey, our sales person, who helped us find a new car and let us take it for a test drive. This would be the third new car I had bought in twelve months, so I was very familiar with how the new car buying process worked. Up till now it had been all fun-n-games. But now it was time to get serious and work a deal... Let me cut to the chase by saying working with Michelle on a new car deal was a pleasure and a breath of fresh air! Working with Michelle and her sales manager Greg Miller was as pleasant as a car buying experience could be. Both Michelle and Greg were respectful and transparent in our negotiations. We described what we were offering and why, and Michelle and Greg explained the details of their offer and why they were making their offer. There were no battles-of-will. No gnashing of teeth. Just straight forward, respectful, open, and reasonable offers and counter-offers that eventually got all of us to a place were we both could say 'yes'! It was a great experience that had us driving away in the new car we wanted, knowing we got a fair deal. It doesn't get any better than that!! Recently purchased a new Genesis in Normal, IL, and I literally have nothing negative what-so-ever to say. From the time my aunt and I walked in, until the time I drove away in my new 2026 Genesis a week later, it was a fabulous experience. Been a long time since experiencing that type of atmosphere. Two big shout outs to my sales associate, Caitlyn, and the sales manager, Josh, for going above and beyond to create such a great customer experience. There were other staff interactions which were also pleasant……a total of 6 in all. One last thing, my sales associate, Caitlyn, was outstanding with her energy, respect, helpfulness, and non-pressure skills. Stop by and see her. You won’t be disappointed in her or the Genesis brand.

Great buying experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Our sales associate, Daniel, was so wonderful to deal with. After the Sal of the GV 70, he patently got both of us registered on the Genesis app and spent over an hour going over all the fairly complicated features of the car and offered to even come to our house to help answer any questions that we may have! All the other employees were so friendly and made us feel welcome at this dealership. Highly recommend this car dealership and the Genesis brand

I live nearly 2 hours from this dealership and the staff, especially Riley, was more than willing to accommodate and help bridge that gap by negotiating over the phone and through text so I wouldn’t have to drive down until we agreed on price. Even when there was a potential breakdown in negotiation, Riley was more than willing to drive the car up to me to see it and drive before purchase. That kind of service goes a long way! When we finally agreed on a sales price, I drove down to the dealership and both the service and facility was amazing! The process was simple and quick. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them enough!

My girlfriend bought a used G70 from a Hyundai dealership out of state. From day one Genesis of Bloomington-Normal has gone above and beyond for us. They have changed how I feel about dealerships. They are the first one I have been to where I actually felt like they cared about their customer's best interest and aren't just trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. They recently got us into a brand new GV70 and our salesman, Riley, was able to put us in the exact car she was looking for and made the process quick and painless. The finance director, Billy, was honest and straight forward with us. He didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need, just gave his honest recommendation on what he thought would benefit us the most but we never felt pressured. The service manager, Scott, has always treated us well. He even tried to help us with issues we had with the dealership we bought the G70 from when he didn't have to. The whole team at Genesis of Bloomington-Normal is exceptional, I couldn't recommend them enough. They aren't a place you buy from once. Once a customer, always a customer. On top of the great team, we have loved both genesis vehicles. You'll be hard pressed to find another vehicle that gives you the comfort, luxury, performance, esthetics, and customization options for a better price!
