Ana was incredible from the very beginning—super helpful, warm, and professional. She took the time to sit us down and clearly explain everything we needed to know moving forward: post-engine care, warranty details, pricing, and what to expect next. She made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth, transparent, and well-organized. Rafael, the owner, personally came out, introduced himself, and showed genuine appreciation for our business. That alone says a lot. He was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to greet both me and my wife with a smile. Customer service like that is rare these days and truly appreciated. Raulin, the shop manager and mechanic, was just as impressive. He broke down the entire process, kept us updated on timelines, and even helped coordinate towing and transportation. Communication was consistent and honest every step of the way. What really sets this shop apart is their integrity. They did not upsell us. When additional parts were needed, they video-called us, showed us the parts in real time, and explained why they were necessary. They were upfront about pricing and even told us they would try their hardest to find the most affordable parts possible, only going with higher-priced options if no cheaper alternatives were available. That level of honesty is extremely hard to find. This is a business that truly stands by its word, values transparency, and treats customers with respect.
