Has been a month no answer every answer i get the truck is almost done or will be done today truck has not moved in the slightest i would not recommend this mechanic at all they have held my truck hostage and refused to give the keys back

I went to this place on whim because I had an annoying noise which I was unsure of where it was coming from. I saw that they had other good reviews and decided to trust them. Not only did the have amazing customer service, the owner was willing to work with me especially being a college student. I got brake pads, rotors and wheel bearings done for a really good price compared to other places. They took me back there to show me what was wrong as I was hesitant. But they made sure to address all my worries and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially since the owner himself is so accommodating. Thank you so much again, I will be a returning costumer.

I was having issues with my Jeep, gas cap light and check engine light kept coming on. I replaced the gas cap and hoped it would help and it didn’t. I called Baldwin auto and asked if they could possibly try and fix it. I am not sure who I spoke with but they were very kind. I brought it to him and with in 2 hours no lights and no issues!!! He told me step by step what he was doing and told me if I had any more issues to let him know. I cringed when I got the bill, but to my pleasant surprise it was about half of what I expected! Great place and great people. Thank you!

I brought it in and he found the problem, got the part, and fixed it all within 45 minutes. He even recommended some nearby restaurants for me to wait in since it was around lunch time. 6/2/23 My daughter has had her Ford Fusion for several years and the A/C has never worked. No one, even at a dealership had been able to find the problem. It’s been so hot that I was determined to find someone to fix it. I looked under A/C repair and found Baldwin’s. I brought it to Ken that day and he gave me a free estimate. He was so knowledgeable and confident that he’d be able to fix it. We picked up the car today and are thrilled that it worked. Very cool air for the first time on a 90 degree day was so appreciated. Ken is a great guy and explained everything thoroughly. My daughter and I will definitely be going back to see Ken again for regular maintenance and repair. I highly recommend Baldwin’s.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! They’ve helped replace my entire break system, get rusted lug nuts off, and find & fix issues with my temperamental car. Although my car is old, they’ve helped me keep it in the best shape possible. The prices are reasonable, the timeline is extremely quick, and the customer service is next level. I always feel wary as a woman bringing my car to a mechanic, but I feel as though I am treated like family here! I cannot recommend another mechanic more.

On my way earlier today to the grocery store when I had issues accelerating and notice smoke emerging from the hood of my car! I pulled over and parked and shut off my car. I had no idea what to do. Luckily I searched nearby auto shops and not only was Baldwin nearby but I was also pleased with their reviews so I called.no answer, figured they were busy but was glad to be called back quickly. Ken the owner called me and calmly instructed me on how to proceed to his shop after the car had cooled down. Once I arrived his lot was packed! Dispute this he promptly met me and inspected my car. After a few hours my car was up and running! As a new customer and new to the area of Western Mass I was really grateful and impressed by the customer service and great work he helped me with. Definitely would recommend and would recommend!

Charged me 800 to replace the car mounts and carrier bearings. The issue was not fixed. Attempt multiple times reach out to follow up. He will schedule a time to bring in the car and then not show up. This issue has been going on for a month.

Ken and I arranged to buy my snap on box (Long Island NY) he wasted my time and lied saying his truck broke down near me and he was sending a tow truck to pick up the box. About an hour passed after he said that so I called him and he blocked me and I never heard from him again..
