I'm happy everyone else had such glowing reviews for this company all I received was getting placed on hold and listen to their music for 5 to 10 minutes from an angry mean receptionist. Couldn't even get to the point of getting my equipment service. Horrible professionalism one star

We were traveling on 2/1/2023 back to WV. We broke down in our Dodge 2500 Diesel truck. After being towed to Baldwin's they soon had our truck analyzed and parts ordered. When parts arrived truck was moved into a work bay and we were invited to sit in the lobby with a large tv. This helped pass the time as they had to replace two injectors on my truck. We were back on the road by 5 pm. I can't say enough about the treatment we received by Josh and his crew. Even provided my dogs with some water.

These guys really know what they're doing! I brought my son's car in, after he found a hole in the radiator it had overheated. Amazingly, the car runs better than it ever has! I completely trust these good people, and I'm so glad we found it!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Never once was my vehicle done on time.. I was lied to and pushed out MULTIPLE times. I needed my car back this weekend for a trip to school and they did NOT have my car ready by the date they said they would. I have to book a flight to Florida now and then fly back to get my car. I still haven’t seen my car to this point and I’m pretty sure my number has been blocked. Will update later.

Unfortunately, I believe this garage closed today or sometime this week. This is March 11. We tried to call him several times today and then we drove over there and the gates are locked and there’s no cars there so this was a great garage. I don’t know what happened so just to let you know

We were in York SC on vacation and our motorhome developed a serious rocking side to side in Georgia 38 miles or so from our destination. We crippled it in to York and started the calls for repair 2 tows later we ended up at Baldwins garage. Josh the owner was terrific and Jamie was one of the best I’ve seen and I have been in retail for over 40 years. My repair was serious and Josh assured me it was fixable. 2 weeks later my trailing arm was repaired and we made it safely back home in NM. I highly recommend Baldwins very customer service oriented. Thanks Josh and Jamie you are an exception to the business.

Just a couple hours into driving our newly purchased used RV we hit some unexpected issues and the check engine light came on around Rock Hill. Luckily, Baldwin's was able to take us in at the end of the day and see what was going on. They were incredibly helpful and honest and were able to get us back on the road safely within a couple hours so we could get the rig to Ohio. They showed us how to do some of the things ourselves and also gave us some peace of mind with the situation. So grateful we found them and their services - highly recommend these guys!

I went to Baldwin’s today and being in the automotive industry myself I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, after talking to Jamie for about 2 minutes I knew he was a good guy! I would 100% take my car there to be worked on and would trust them to help me get through the process while being conscious of my budget (which most don’t care about). He was very knowledgeable and could have charged a lot more if he wanted to get customers in and out be he seems to care about the customer long term. Kuddos!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
