I took my boat there in December before Christmas and it is February and the boat is still not fixed. He said it needed a part that would fix it. That didn’t fix it so after waiting he said it needed something use well that didn’t work. Each time it has been a waiting game and nothing but excuses.When I would call and try to get Richard to come out and work on the boat he would tell me he had someone else’s to work on he didn’t know when you could do it. Although I had already paid the bill that was supposed to fix the boat. So each time I continuously got put on the back burner and each time he would not get the boat fixed I will come and leave messages and messages and never return my call!! It is just a guessing game with them!

Not honest. Shady company. Kept our vessel for over a month with no update. Couldn’t get a straight answer. Richard would never call back. Missed a huge issue that cannot be overlooked at their level of expertise causing us to get stuck the very next day and get towed.

We use Richard for our boat and cars! They are fair and reliable when work needs to be completed. If they aren’t able to get to our boat right away, then he keeps us updated as to why and when they can. We definitely will not be using anyone else! One less worry with an honest mechanic!

Our RV broke down on our return trip home to Connecticut. Richard (owner) and Mike(mechanic) thought we were good to go and off we went the next day. The RV failed again but we were able to make it back to the shop - after closing. Richard and Mike spent over 5 hrs each on our old RV troubling shooting and even swapped parts from his own RV to get us going. He wouldn't accept payment for the 10 man hours or the parts?!?! Who does this? Richard did! He also touched base w/ texts each day until we arrived back home! I wish his shop were in Connecticut!!! I can't give him enough stars. Dawn too was helpful and kind to my family and me.
