I had a remarkable experience at Bale. I had driven in from Minnesota with a critical shield dangling from my front bumper Andrew immediately pulled my car into the shop and the tech was quickly able to secure the shield to hold until I could get a final full repair at my final destination And they wouldn't take any money from me! What a shining example of a truly service-oriented business!!

The service was excellent. The front desk lady and John were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm not sure I've ever encountered nicer folks. As far as the repairs they are mostly good. The paint color is a little off but I'm not sure this could be avoided. I've included a picture for reference. The truck came back very clean and detailed. A very nice touch.

Brought my 2012 RAM 1500 in for bumper repair after being backed into. Scott Olson was excellent from day one! Estimate and processing through insurance was painless. It stood out to me, when I dropped off my truck for repairs, that Scott immediately knew who I was and what I was there for. I had only met him once for the estimate two weeks prior. It just goes to show that he cares, and it reflects very well on the business and the staff. After dropping off my truck, I planned on walking the mile home and Scott went out of his way and offered me a ride. I got my truck back two days later and the work done on it was excellent. Couldn't be happier with my experience, and absolutely will bring my truck back here if I have any further issues.

I had such a great experience with this collision center.They were really great at keeping me updated during the process of my car repairs. The whole staff was kind, but John went above and beyond. They were very detailed and always updated me when they found more damage or any issues. They repaired and corrected everything without rushing before allowing me to pick up my car. Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed my excellent customer service with the entire team. The receptionist was my first contact who quickly acknowledged my presence and she was extremely courteous. I recently had a rodent damage the interior of my Honda CRV. Bale Chevrolet Collision Center was my insurance company’s nearest in-network provider, so we went with them and I am SO glad we did. I am satisfied with my entire experience. They were quick to order replacement parts and begin work. The communication and updates throughout the process were timely and consistent. Oh, and they finished the work earlier than estimated! Betty was FANTASTIC. She took the time to show my husband all of the damage and explain the work that would be done. We felt very confident that Bale’s collision team knew what they were doing - and they did! The interior work was better than I expected - the interior looks brand new. An added bonus is that they detailed the car when the work was completed and I felt like I drove a new car off the lot. I hope to never have a rodent eat up my car again, but I will certainly do business with Bale Chevrolet Collision Center if the need arises. Thank you, Betty!!!

I give the crew at the downtown collision center a 4-5 stars. They replaced my fender and rocker panel. Other than a small paint over spray issue, it looks as good as the day I bought it. Their customer service was impeccable and gave daily/timely updates. I am giving them 3 stars though because of the trouble I had with the Bale central billing office. They denied my credit card - a card I have used in their service department before - on a Friday afternoon due to an error on their end. I spent over an hour of my time on the phone with credit card and credit report companies the next day to prove to them it was their error. I wasn't able to pick up my truck until the next Tuesday when they finally approved taking my credit card after all the evidence I had to provide to prove their error. I needed my truck to move furniture that weekend which delayed my moving plans. It was an unnecessary hassle, and I probably won't return to either their service department or their collision center as a result of this treatment. The collision center management apologized repeatedly but I knew it wasn't their error. I never received a call from their billing team even though I left them multiple messages about it. Not a great customer experience from them, especially when I have other options in the area.

Bale Collision Center Review, 2.15.2024 I met with Scott Olson of Bale Collision and got an initial estimate for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) that would take 2 to 3 weeks to repair. I brought my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek in on January 22. I was to learn later that a new estimate was created and sent to AAA for conventional body filler to be used on the hood and roof. Over half the car was repainted or "blended" including the hood, roof, fenders, passenger side doors and top of tailgate. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I was never called for an update. I had to call and did so at least weekly. I called Scott at 8:30 on February 13 to see if the car was ready. Scott called me back at 11:43 to say the car was ready. I asked for a shuttle to pick me up 2 miles away from Bale. I did not hear back from him and called him again at 1:34 for the shuttle. I did not receive a call back by 2 so I walked the 2 miles to Bale to pick up my car! I received the car and found the following issues. I was there until 4 and came back the following day for further repairs: - Retainer clips missing on the left back wheel well cover, right front headlight mount, and 2 clips on the under-hood insulation. - Driver's window malfunctioned, only closing an inch or so at a time when button was pushed. - Passenger back window did not function at all. - Moisture inside both taillights. - Rearview mirror wire cover was not inserted into roof panel (I reinserted this myself). - The driver's side back door handle does not open properly. - Two mystery bolts and two screws remained in my console which I am concerned were not re-installed. These are the items I found after only a quick inspection. I am concerned what other issues that I may encounter down the road, so to speak, that are not obvious to the eye. Except for the hail damage, which was only obvious upon close inspection, the car was in perfect condition, well maintained, and never involved in an accident. I feel like the integrity of the car has now been comprised. I left a 2-star rating because of the kind and immediate response by some of the other staff at Bale and for Pat Atkinson of Tech Express coming to Bale to fix the windows in a timely manner the following day, Feb. 14. I still have the issue with moisture in the taillights, and the back door handle. Adding to my frustration is that my son's car was parked next to mine during the hailstorm and he sustained similar damage. He took his car to another shop and had PDR done and it was returned the next day! Attached are pictures of barely noticeable hail damage before the repairs and what the car looked like before painting. May 29, 2024 update. I washed my car by hand and noticed sand size grains underneath the paint on the roof. I was told that the paint job done would be better than the manufacturer. I don't think a manufactured car would have sand size grains underneath the paint. I'm concerned that these will be areas that will rust prematurely. There is also a 9-in line in the paint along the roof rack on the driver side. See additional photos. In addition, the two clips holding up the insulation under the hood came out. They weren't the same size as the originals.

I want to shout out this top, outstanding collision and body shop in Little Rock! I had a lot of car issues (damaged undercarriage, cracked windshield, and a break-in that resulted in my ignition being completely destroyed). They took our insurance and provided excellent service on app three issues. The car looks and drives good as new! Their customer service is outstanding. The people in the office are so kind, and clear with their communication. If you’re looking for a repair shop, go to Bale. They’ll take care of you.

Great Service!!!!! Originally was to be ready 1-27-26, then 1-23-26. Well received a text it was ready today 1-16-26. They are too efficient!!! 😁😁 Had to scramble to pick it up. 😂 The repair was incredible. You would never know there was an accident. I have had the utmost pleasant experience with Bale Collision. It was top notch all the way! I couldn’t have asked for a better body shop! They always kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on with my vehicle and when it was ready to be picked up, they let me know right away and they were real flexible with me in picking it up! This car is my baby and I don’t trust her with just anybody. They have excellent people working and they know their stuff!
