They did good job installing a new windshield and doing the recallibration for my drive assist. However in the process the Car was left dirty and many scratches were made on the plastic elements around the A and B pillar and on the plastics around the footwell. I complained and they said their supervisor was on lunch will call first thing once he makes it back. Two days later no call back. Insurance was contacted to resolve the issues since toyota won't call me back.

I was traveling to visit friends and family when I got an unexpected crack across my windshield and body damage from hitting a deer on the highway. I called up the closet place I could find and it was landers. Angel helped me get in and out pretty quick. Everyone was nice and my service was fast.

If there was negative Star for review that what this company would get. I took my car in under insurance. recommended repair facility it took two weeks for Landers collision and glass to make repairs. Within the first 100 miles the right front fender almost fell off. Upon further inspection I also discovered trash/ contamination throughout paint. Took car in for correction and they broke one of the front bumper clips that holds the bumper and fender in alignment they also broke windshield trim. They done a poor job of buffing the contamination resulting in fisheye/ crater's in the paint. They denied breaking the bumper clips they did get the new windshield trim.( I will install myself) During the first wash I discovered there is multiple body fasteners that are broken or completely missing. Also scratched rear bumper I definitely don't recommend Landers collision and glass for any sort of repairs for anything My car has been to Landers collision and glass 3 times and is still not properly repaired I will be following up with the insurance company responsible as well as my insurance to take any sort of action possible for very very poor repairs. I believe I could have done a better job myself with my airless paint sprayer and basic mechanic set Insurance paid $4,200 and some change for poop work

Scott the manager was willing to work through some difficulties with my insurance company to make sure my rental (also through them because they have rentals on site) was taken care of with no out of pocket costs!
