Good morning, I had to write a review about this place. Okay, my mom has been upset đĄ about her tire light that has been on every sent the weather hit. So, to make this short,she had the wrong rim đ€ on the car and she went to this place for them to put the right rim back on her car,people I didn't even know this place was here, but let me tell you that in 5min we where in and out. And they have very good prices on fixing your tries. I was like, Wow đ đ đ„° GREAT PLACE (oh yeah, the light is out. )

Brought in 4 new tires. They said the tires wouldnât fit because they were too big but then said they would if the mud flap was removed from my car. Unfortunately my husband listened and removed it. Paid for the service then drove off & we could hardly even turn our wheel. All 4 tires scraped. Asked if we could bring in another set of tires (old ones) just til we could get a new set that fit & it wouldnât continue to mess up my car, but they wanted to charge us again to mount those.

I remember my dad getting his tires from here when i was a little kid. These guys work faster than a NASCAR pit crew!!!! I needed 2 tires plugged. It was cheap and fast.

I replaced my tire 3 times until I purchased new ones, but the price kept changing for used ones from this location. For the same tire size on my car. First i payed $42, 1 month later $47 ,last week $52. Also balance and rotation is extra. Not returning.

Do NOT buy tires from these guys! My son bought a used tire for his Toyota Camry and it didnât even last a month! Had a blowout on the interstate and then discovered they didnât even tighten one of the lug nuts! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

These guys were very honest, professional and helpful. They let me know that the last person put a trailer tire on my vehicle and they did not tag on extra fees and some other companies do such as tire disposal and Etc. I was referred to this place by family member and this is the only place I feel this comfortable getting used tires from.

I wanted no stars anywho went there yesterday had a nail in my tire...went there for a plug or patch he refused to do cause the tire kept going flat. Isn't that the whole point of those things tried to bully me into getting one of there crappy tires...I told him to just air it back up he did and I went down to the tire shop right on the corner across from club envy...go there for better used tires and new tires than dales...dales is trash now employees included

Dale tire used to be an awesome place to go but now itâs gone downhill and trashy at its finest. I went 15â20 minutes before closing time which is at 5pm for some air in my tire and the guy came out and said we are closed for today and not taking anymore. He didnât ask what was needed or anything! Thatâs pitiful đ€

I used Daleâs tire to have a tire patched. I asked the man that was helping me if he thought he could patch my tire without scratching up my wheel. He assured me he could. Needless to say my wheel got scratched up. The guy working on my tire didnât even say a word about scratching it. When I called to talk to someone they just kept saying they are not responsible for damage done to the wheel. I Would not recommend.

I absolutely love this place , I showed up yesterday at cut off time & needed 4 new tires put on they cracked a few jokes & immediately took care of my car even tho it was freezing cold and they were ready to go home . Because of them me kids & I are driving safely today in this cold sleety weather . If these guys didnât stick around to help me I wouldnât be able to be out and about today . We've used Dales for years. But the quality & service has went down drastically. My husband came in for a tire replacement & afterwards he noticed the damage that was done to his rim. They were so scratched up & damaged. Once he confronted them they stated "Well we are a used tire shop if you want it done the right way, you might want to go to a name brand shop!" That's not the issue, they could've at least said something before trying to send someone off that way. That's just not how you conduct business. The manager even said his employee was wrong for not saying anything & should've let my husband know. He also said "Unfortunately sometimes my machines do slip a lot" So save your time & money by going somewhere more professional & will take responsibility for their workers.

Iâd give 10 stars if I could!! I had my two front tires on my new car shred to pieces on the inside on the freeway. I just got this car a month or so ago and the tires treads looked fine from the outside. I called around to find tires and everybody was saying $430-500 a tire!! I just didnât have it. I found Dales online and called and they got me two basically brand new tires installed for $100 each!! And had it DONE within a hour of dropping it off. Lifesavers!! And the gentleman who worked on my car told me my tires did that because I need an alignment and sure enough i took it to another shop and they said I needed one bad so I got that fixed! Thank yall!!

I was out doordashing last night. I finished my last delivery and caught a flat on the side of the highway in Wrightsville. This morning a close friend of mine got a donut tire, got it on my car and I pulled up to Dale's. The associate I spoke to was Derrick. Derrick was very professional and beyond reasonable on his pricing. I paid for a tire and got it bolted on my car with no extra upcharge. I recommend Dale's to anyone looking for top tier professional work at reasonable prices. Ask for Derrick when you pull up.
