These guys really did a great job for me, they let me ask questions (mainly so I could learn and understand) as well as my grandfather. It was my car but grandad wanted to make sure it would ride. So far so good. I aim to come back here for vehicle repair and/or maintenance.

They had my car for over week, said it was fixed I didn't go 7 miles and it started cutting out with the engine light on. Had to pay to have it towed back only to be told it was something else they didn't find before. More money than called to say it was ready. Less than 24 hours later I get a call asking when am I picking it up because they charge $25 a day storage. What incredible gall the owner has, rude and extremely unprofessional. NEVER EVER use them.

My name is Patrick Rodriguez. Where do I begin? Carter radiator has been in my family as the primary mechanic for three generations. As a child I can remember my grandfather taking his Vehicles there for any issues he had. Once my father moved down here from New York after one visit with his Toyota Corolla he swore by Carter radiator. Eventually as I got older and got my first vehicle I began to understand the difference between horrible customer service and excellent customer service. With that said I've been a loyal customer will Carter radiator for all of my vehicles ever since. Sometimes I wish they worked on Diesel's as well but even though they don't the they're still willing to do most of the light work. With that said if you're smart you will definitely allow this mechanic shop to handle all of your L issues moving forward.... I am a real person and have not been paid to do this review

I had an excellent experience with Carter. My AC failed on me before the summer, and they were able to diagnose and replace the specific part I needed rather than having to replace the entire system. A few weeks later, I had a separate issue with one of the AC hoses that they fixed in under an hour for no charge. They are located in a not-so-great area of town, but for the fair price, quick turn-around, and excellent customer service it is absolutely worth it. I have already recommended them to my friends.

No communication, I had to call after a few days when I was told it would be worked on the same day I dropped it off. It was 6 days later. Now, my Jeep had some problems I had no idea of the extent and I should have taken it to a Jeep shop, I just don’t think they were equipped to deal with what I had going on, nor did they diagnose it properly. Finally took it to a Jeep dealership service department where it broke down on me 4.5 hours away after over paying for carters service just for them to tell me the part that carters put in was a refurbished part and was no good. if you need breaks or something simple Im sure they are fine but take it to a proper shop if you don"t know exactly whats going on and save yourself some extra stress and money. i just gave them 1300$ for nothing.

Carter's is fantastic. I was in a jam in the middle of this summer, my fan failed and punchered my radiator. I needed a new fan assembly and raidator. Had car towed over at closing time and it was done by 9am the next morning. I called around and their quote was half of Firestone's and 2 other chain locations. I cannot say enough good things about them and I will be sending any one in need their way.

This shop is fabulous!! My vehicle was scheduled in for service very quickly. They kept in touch with me about the progress of repairs. The charges were fair & the repair work was stellar. I had a water intrusion issue & they had to tear down the inside but found the leak & fixed it. They did not stop until the issue was resolved. I appreciate the quality work & fair prices. My 2019 Ford F150 had a start up rattle that had been ongoing and eventually my check engine light came on. The root cause was the timing chain and engine cams which is a common issue with the 3.5L ecoboost engines. Carter’s had no problem identifying the issue and was excellent in communication. My truck runs like new and starts without any problem. It’s difficult to find a mechanic in Little Rock you can trust to fix the problem, but Carter’s is the place to go!

Normally don't do reviews but this shop doesn't believe in Duty of Care! Therefore you must deal with them accordingly. When they give you an estimate, get in writing and make sure it will fix the problem. If not, they will call you with more issues that they will claim could not be found until they did the work they had done, which is a bald face lie. Having vehicle problems are already stressful enough, you shouldn't have to go through more stress dealing with someone who is place in a position to do what right! You have been warned.......

I went to have my air conditioning, heating, and defrost repaired here on my 2010 Toyota Camry LE. My car was running and driving well and had no issues other than needing the HVAC door actuator checked (which we replaced ourselves) and we didn’t know how to calibrate the HVAC system so this is the reason for taking it to Carters. My Secondary Contact got a call saying there was a valve cover gasket leaking and my car needed about a quart and 1/2 of oil and a “deep engine cleaning” so the secondary contact person did approve the work to be done, not Me ( the owner). After myself (the owner) got a call earlier that morning Boston a woman at the front desk told me (the owner) that they were going to recalibrate the HVAC system and it would be a few days and they would give me a call back. When I went to pick up my car I popped the hood and my Hydraulics went out on the passenger side of the car and NO ONE EVER put that on the 24 point inspection nor did Anyone tell me that my hood hydraulics were broken and needed repair which could have caused serious injuries to me! They told me when I picked up my car to “ check my cars oil levels frequently because they want to make sure the valve cover gasket was the only issue”. They should have told me about the hydraulics being out on the hood. A mechanic and a another mechanic Daniel came outside to look at the car and Automatically one mechanic said “ how did you know the hood was operating when you brought it in” and I stated “ because I had to charge my battery to get it to your shop”. The other mechanic then stated “it hit me on the head” so I apologized for that.. Then they left a part off of my car of the passenger side dash in the drivers side backseat and I had to put part back on and they said “I’m sorry”. Then 150 miles later my cars check engine light comes on and the traction light on the dash as I’m driving down the freeway. Took it to Autozone immediately and they ran diagnostics and said it’s The O2 sensor that is out now. When I called Carters I spoke to Daniel. He was very RUDE, DEFENSIVE, and only wanted to argue with me and try to put words in my mouth and had the audacity to ask me what does my O2 sensor going out have to do with the price of parts in China right now(?!) as I am simply asking him why I (the owner) was not contacted about this deep engine cleaning and I know that is a SCAM!!! He said 12 month warranty on what he repaired (but he said “I really didn’t do anything to the car that might have caused your O2 sensor to go out”!! Yes they did!! They did that deep engine cleaning and I Do NOT recommend anyone going to this repair shop unless you want to get screwed over and treated rudely after they mess your car up and charge me $968 for repairs!!! Nice! I would give 0 stars if I could!

They worked my truck in quickly and had it repaired the same day, which was a huge relief. Communication was clear, the recommendations were honest, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping an out-of-town customer get safely back on the road.
