I went to get estimate on my sub-frame and I was greeted by a guy name Dillon and he is was a great help with customer service and finding out the actual problems. In which my actual problems was not the sub frames! I highly recommend this shop when it comes to needing body work! Just ask for Dillon and he will have you all set!

These guys are amazing, I needed some work done on my truck before tomorrow. I was going to take my grandmother out shopping, and the passenger side handle came loose. These guys got me right in, and honestly gave me a deal that can't be beat. Im so appriciatve of Dillon, and Kyzer for the genuine, friendly, and top notch service they have provided. I brought my car in with clear, detailed explanations of the issues: clips and alignment problems on both sides of the front bumper, a misaligned headlight that was blinding other drivers, and a loose antenna cover. Unfortunately, the shop only “fixed” half of the bumper-and even then, they just glued it (which recently failed approximately a year after the "repair" - exposing the unrepaired clip covered in some sort of hot glue looking substance) instead of properly repairing it. The other half, which had the same issue, was completely ignored. When I asked why they didn’t fix the other side, they said the clip was cheap and easy to replace-but they never did it. I also requested an adjustment to my headlights, but they said it wasn’t a problem and never made the adjustment. My antenna cover was coming off, and they could have at least used the same glue they used on the bumper to secure it, but they didn’t address that either. Overall, the job felt rushed and incomplete. It looked okay at first, but the quality didn’t hold up, and several issues were left unresolved. I’m disappointed and would caution others to be careful and ask lots of questions before trusting this shop with your car.

Be very leery of these people they work directly with State Farms and big insurance companies to stop you from getting your vehicle repaired. Went to this shop that State Farms referred for a hail damage claim. That took over 8 months to get to. The Manager Dalton came looked at the vehicle and stated it was hail damage. Wrote an estimate for the damages that needed to be repaired. Because I didn’t want it fixed and wanted my cash payment. He went back and told State Farm that it wasn’t hail damage. Straight out crooks watch who you go take your vehicles too.

Received a same day quote on a Friday for repairs on my jeep that needed replacement windshield, replacement driver side mirror and paint job to a scraped door, left my jeep with them the following Monday and repairs were completed by Thursday. The pricing was the best around but the work was even better! My jeep looks as it did the day I bought it and they even gave it a full detail upon return. Okay folks, I don’t leave reviews, but the service at Precision Collision was above and beyond. After my bumper had a run-in with my garage, I didn’t know where to begin to find a repair shop. Precision Collision was the ONLY place I called that was able to help me out with a same day estimate, no charge or appointment. Not only are they efficient, but the workmanship is outstanding. The result looks like nothing ever happened! I would recommend this business for bumper or collision repairs needing immediate attention without delay. Would give 10 stars if I could. You guys rock! The customer service was top tier! I can't actually speak on any repair work due to a total loss from a collison, but the whole process leading up to the repair work was simple and stress free. Kyzer was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. I'm really big on communication and I like to ask thorough questions. Even if Kyzer wasn't readily available, Dillon was able to answer my questions on the spot, and every answer was straight forward. The price was very affordable about 80% cheaper than the dealership and other shops in the area with certified Range Rover service technicians.
