Ramos is the best !!! A relative recommended him years ago, I regret not going sooner. He is quick, reliable, very affordable, and has actually been there a long time. He fixed my alternator on my Nissan and if I have any further problems I will be using Ramos moving forward! Why go to a shade-tree mechanic when Ramos prices are very similar?

Because of them lying saying they know how to fix a turbo. I now have to get another motor that I have to pay for. Not to mention the catalytic converter I had replaced, they kept my old part then sold it to come up with a lie that it was picked up for scraps. Anybody knows you can get up to $1500 for a used catalytic converter with negotiation. Also took my vehicle back to him 4 days after getting back. The check engine light was on. I was prepared to drop the car off for him to check engine codes. Instead he cleared the codes, did not check the vehicle at all & told me it's good. 3 days later the motor went out. I would not send my worst enemy to them!

1st off he won't answer any of my calls regarding my vehicle, every time I show up to check on it he is either not there or is "very busy" leaving me with no option but to leave and wait. When I ask him when does he think it can be done or picked up he always says it'll be another TWO WEEKS or that he has to go to "Mexico" to run another business. EXTREMELY time consuming LACK OF COMMUNICATION, and my car has been up there since May 17th, 2025 and today is July 20th, 2025 and I'm STILL not hearing back from him.

I’ve paid over $3950! $3000 for a motor the first time and less than 2 months later $950 for transmission the second time! At this point I feel like they don’t know and are guessing! Romos Jr. does not operate or conduct business as his highly qualified and recommended father! They keep giving me the run around! Romos Jr does not return my texts or calls! My car was suppose to be ready 3 weeks ago! However, after giving him payment in full he left for Mexico and will not return for 2 more weeks according to staff! I will be conducting filings on Monday! I’m now wondering if I even needed a motor or transmission! You guys are running your father’s name in the ground! From the reviews looks like they are only this way with females! Check reviews

I suggest don’t come to these unprofessional place here , unless, you like grumpy garage mechanic workers, punk told me, stop calling every time I wanted to check on my truck, that alone enough to, tell me, crappy mechanic. Guess he mad cause it’s under warranty 👌🏾‼️
