Amazing! My brother and I were on a road trip from the East coast when our car started to shake and steer to the left. We were so fortunate to find Cross Tire Pros. We arrived early the next day when they opened, they test drove the car, and turned out we needed new tires and an alignment. Fair prices and they we’re done under an hour after the tires arrived! So thankful for them!

Edit: I spoke too soon. When we got home and the nail was still in our tire, and it is still leaking. The tire was placed in the bed of our truck. It has not been driven on since my husband took it off of our car. They didn't charge us, so we are hopeful that it was just an oversight. However, we still need to get our tire fixed... somewhere. These guys have restored my faith in mechanics/humanity. My husband took a tire in to get patched (it had a nail.) They didn't charge us anything, just asked us to remember them for future needs. They have indeed earned our return business.

They didn't drain my radiator as I asked for bc they said they didn't have the tools (tools are not required). They didn't check the antifreeze and said the antifreeze is only good for the engine not overheating (which is wrong). I spent 4 hrs for just an oil change.

We actually stopped here in early June. I've never left a review for any business, but we had such a good experience here, I had to. We started the second day of our road trip with a nail in our tire. We're not at all familiar with the area, so I'm grateful for all the Google reviews. I'm glad that this is the tire shop we decided to stop at. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our tire couldn't be patched, so it had to be replaced. They thankfully had a tire the size we needed and had it on our van and us back on the road pretty quickly. I don't know if they will see this, but we greatly appreciate your kindness.

Was referred to these guys by another trusted business. Called them needing existing tires put on new rims on my Jeep. Spoke to a young lady who was very nice and told her what I was needing. She confirmed my tire and rim size and told me I could bring it in anytime the next morning. I showed up the next morning as they opened, dealt with a friendly and personable man at the counter. He took my info, and I left the jeep with them. In 2 hours they called me and sent a text stating my vehicle was ready. The entire process was as easy as it gets, and the price was just as great. They’ve earned all of my future business. I would definitely recommend these guys.

This place is a scam! Stopped ti get air for a tire. They found a nail in the center of the tire. Wayne tried saying it was non repairable. Took it to dales tires who patched it just fine!! If you are thinking about using this place that are nothing short of scammers, and professional liars! Always always always go get a 2nd opinion else where!!!!! P.S.A this was end of August when I stopped in here. Won't ever do any type of business thanks to the lies of Wayne! P.s you could definitely do something with that breath of yours rude in my face with breath smelling like death!!!!

Went up there to get a tire fixed, the guy at the front counter i think his name was Steve or steven was very professional and you could tell he was there to help. They got me taken care of and even set me up with some quotes for some new tires. I had rotors replaced, not even a month later found out they were warped. Cross Tire had a warranty. So they replaced them again, only with more warped rotors. They won’t replace for a third time. So now I get to go somewhere else to spend more money on the same issue. Just warning others so they don’t waste their money.
