I am very disappointed with this service. Not only did the owner's school age child who was no older than 13 swipe my debit card at the POSI purchased two used tires; one being dry rotted within a week's time the threading went completely bare with wires showing in my tire causing me to almost have an accident. I went back to purchase a new used tire and was met with a brick wall no warranty policy, even though the guy remembered putting the tire on. I wasn't trying to get it for free, just some sort of accountability.

Do not come here! !!!! Ladies especially!!!went to get tires rotated and balanced. Thank God I know about cars. He just took them off and put them on. I had to call the BBB and my husband! They aren't even registered. They need to be closed for Good. Peoples safety is at risk

I had my husband call they told him one price but when I got up there they told me another price. It’s like it cost more if you’re a woman. The good part about it is they are open on Sundays. I got the tire changed so that’s a plus.

Bought 4 “new tires” 8 months ago. Having to replace all 4 tires already because of low tread and tread coming off. Spoke to the manager and he said it was because the alignmeant was off but it is not. Refused to do anything to fix the problem. Don’t waste your money here.

Horrible customer service by the owner/manager! We stopped to have a tire checked and the worker was so nice and pleasant. The owner/manager showed up and i was trying to speak to him, i was totally disregarded and he acted like I wasn't even there. It was like because I was a woman, he didn't need to listen to me. I work in retail and know the value of customer service. This experience just about tops my all time worst customer care ever. Ill go across the street next time!!

I went to get my oil changed at Quik Lube but the guy told me I needed to be more worried about making it home on my right front tire because I still had 5500 miles more before I needed an oil change. He pointed me to this place. The young man looked at both front tires and assured me I needed both replaced. I thought he was very nice and he came across as honest. After all, the guy at the oil shop could have pointed me somewhere else. I had no time to Google and shop around so I took this chance. So far so good. I feel both men gave me much needed advice and I came home feeling better about driving my car and more safe.

I bought a tire here recently while I waited on my new tires to be delivered and the tire only lasted 1 week The tire blew out causing damage to my car. Refused to issue refund so I'm writing this review. If I don't receive a refund within 7 days I will take legal action to hold the owner responsible and recover the $50 as well as legal fees and vehicle repair costs. It's your choice City Tire!

I was traveling across the country and stopped at Little Rock for a rest and thankfully I saw that my tire started to grow a ball on the side and I was worried. Horrible place they do bad business I bought a tire it only lasted for 10 min I’m not exaggerxating the story at all got a second tire the same thing happened I went for a refund the guy runs out the backs after telling me to call the manager. Don’t support this business they will rob you and ask for more money to give you a good tire

Never had any issues with their tires, only have an issue with their fee for using a card to pay. The normal fee a business is charged is 3.5% of the transaction total. I know this, I've ran a few businesses. This place charges between 10 and 15 dollars to use your card. Better bring cash, closest ATM is down the street. It is illegal for businesses to charge a fee when using a debit card.
