Very nice people! Clean place and good work. But I've never been charged 126$ just to order my tire and put it on a rim before. I had to go ahead and do it because I needed it asap. Sadly, I will travel back to Bryant for future auto care as the place I used to go to only would charge me 90$ for the same service. But still giving 4 stars for the people being so nice.

So far I received nothing but a great experience with them. They did not work on my truck. I told them when I was ready, that they would be working on it soon. They explained in detail what service they were going to provide, to diagnose and fix my air conditioning issue. I got really good vibes not only with Jeff, but the mechanic who looked underneath the hood.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They got me in the same day I called and had it fixed within a few hours. They even gave my toddler and I a ride back to our house and came back for us when our car was ready. I will definitely be going back to them when my car needs repairs or maintenance!

I wouldn’t waste your time nor money coming here. In November I brought my car in to the shop with noise in my front end. William’s looked at my vehicle and then gave my a quote to fix my struts as they claimed this was the only thing wrong. I agreed for the work to be done and once Williams started on my vehicle they called me to inform me the quote they gave me was wrong it would be more money. I said okay, once I got my car back in November of 2023 I never felt that the original noise that I brought my car in for was fixed. So May of 2024 I took my car to another shop and they informed me my sway bars were bad. The other shop fixed my car efficiently and affectively . The problem was finally resolved after months. Do not waste your time or money trying to support local businesses it’s sad they don’t care about their community and just our out to get our money.

I had an electrical issue with my vehicle and my usual mechanic recommended Williams for the job. It was a bit of a drive, but I'm so glad that I received that recommendation, because the service was prompt and they were very transparent and helpful throughout the process. Very professional atmosphere and honest dialog about the issue I had. Will definitely be back for any of the specialist services they provide!

Been a customer for many years and a few cars and I've never had any problems with them. They're really quick and friendly employees. 11/19 edit - can't recommend them anymore. They did a brake job on my car and rotated the tires. But they put the baldest tires on the front of a front wheel drive car. Either they're not very good mechanics or very shiesty. Either way, they won't get my business anymore.

These guys are awesome. I spoke to another business about brake replacement before Williams Automotive. I was told a complete replacement was going to cost me at least $800. I called the gentlemen at Williams Automotive and gave me a quote that was a lot more reasonable. They scheduled my appointment for the next available date, which was the next day. The staff was very informative and still quoted me at the same reasonable price from the day before over the phone. They told me how all of my brakes looked and said which ones were still good and which ones weren't. Once they confirmed what I wanted, they started the process in getting the work done. They also told me about any local restaurants nearby while I waited. Overall, I'll definitely be returning to this place for all of my vehicle brake maintenance. Very friendly, professional, clean area, and within walking distance of a few restaurants.

Definitely NOT a rip-off auto shop. I went in for 2 front tires and a safety inspection on 6-22-23. Told them I already know I need to replace drivers brakes. They could have taken advantage of me and got more money from me. They were completely HONEST and shown the brakes were great and they only recommend an alignment. Will be the only place I take my car to now. It's hard to find a trustworthy auto shop but this shop is just that. I highly recommend to any and everyone to go to them.

Good Shops Are Hard to Find—This One Stalled, Dodged Their Warranty, and Changed the Rules to Avoid Fixing Their Own Work—I Tried Several Times to Support a Local Business Before Making This Verdict—They Let Me Down Every Time. Summary of Experience: • Initial Service: On September 22, 2023, I paid $945.95 for lower ball joint replacement and an alignment on my Ram 1500 (an outrageous price, nonetheless) with 84,396 miles at the time. The service came with a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. • First Issue – July 29, 2024: The vehicle began swaying to the left and clicking over bumps. Having dealt with this before, I suspected the ball joints. I trusted Williams Automotive Inc. and scheduled an appointment. The shop claimed they couldn’t replicate the problem and charged me $46.28 for the visit. • Fall 2024 – Problem Worsens: The issue became persistent. Using a mechanic’s stethoscope, I pinpointed the noise coming directly from the driver-side lower ball joint. I schedule another appointment, where the shop confirmed the lower ball joint was indeed the culprit, but not until I had to tell them 3 times how to replicate the issue, and then drive there myself to show them. The mechanics were in-denial and have “never seen a new part fail in all my years”. This is when the backpedaling started. Despite the warranty, the shop stalled hard to fix it citing they needed a new appointment and more time. (More time to investigate other components, because they failed to believe the ball joint would go bad that new… when we just confirmed. This new appointment would require more money). • March 2025 – Final Attempt & Policy Change: After personally replacing the parts myself, I called for an alignment. The shop refused service, stating: “We do not perform alignments on vehicles that had work done at other shops OR by customers.” Detailed Account: Believing in supporting local businesses, I entrusted this shop with my Ram 1500. On September 22, 2023, at 84,396 miles, I paid $945.95 for a lower ball joint replacement and alignment, covered under a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. On July 29, 2024, at 97,450 miles, I returned to the shop with concerns of ball joint failure. They could not find an issue and charged me $46.28 before sending me on my way. I took their word for it and continued driving. By Fall 2024, the issue had worsened to the point where it was 100% repeatable. Using a mechanic’s stethoscope, I verified the noise was coming directly from the driver-side lower ball joint and scheduled another warranty appointment. Despite explaining three separate times—when I scheduled the appointment, when I dropped the vehicle off, and when they called claiming they couldn’t hear it—the technicians still said they could not replicate the noise. Frustrated, I drove there myself and showed them exactly how to do it. The truck was on a lift inside a metal building, running with an aftermarket exhaust, mechanics listening with no stethoscope—of course, they couldn’t hear it. We took it outside, and immediately, the grinding and clicking noise was obvious. The master technician and three other employees were present, and suddenly, everyone could hear it. The master technician confirmed the noise was isolated to the lower ball joints. Despite this, the shop refused to honor the warranty and instead said they “didn’t have time” and needed to “investigate other components.” a clear pattern of avoiding warranty work. After personally replacing all faulty parts, I called to have an alignment performed. Ironically, the printers broken, so you can’t get a printout of the report. Suspicious… That is also when the final policy change surfaced. The shop refused service, stating: “We do not perform alignments on vehicles that had work done at other shops OR by customers.” Ironically, they had no problem doing my other alignments after performing work myself… “Policies change” is what they said. Please, do it right the first time, go elsewhere and save yourself in the long run.

We have used Williams several times, and have always been very happy with their mechanical work and service! Everyone here is so friendly, and they seem to actually care about their customers. They understand times are tough and try to get people the best prices. It's still expensive though, just like it is everywhere! They don't try to sell you repairs you don't need. They do keep you updated on pricing if anything changes. They have a comfy waiting room, with space for a child or two. Most importantly, they do the job right the first time!

From the StLouis area visiting daughter leaving Sunday. Had what I thought was a rear brake issue. Stopped in around 11am explained the issue. They got it in , a rear rotor issue , replaced and ready to go by 4PM . Very reasonable cost. Chris at the front desk was great to work with. Thanks so much.

Jeff is fantastic at customer service! I had a unique experience at this service place: they called when they said they would call, they deeply researched the issue, they explained in plain language why they needed to do the work and they were transparent with the costs. I've found my new service place.

We have used Williams Automotive for over 35 years. We have found Dennis and his staff to be knowledgeable and honest in their service. Even though we are not located in East End, it is worth the drive to take our vehicles to Williams Automotive to be serviced. We know that we will be treated honestly and receive quality service at a fair price. Highly Recommend.

I was driving through Arkansas on business, and my rental car broke down in Little Rock. I was able to limp the car to Williams Automotive, and I explained that the car is a rental, and that it needs to be towed to the car rental company's garage. The two gentlemen behind the counter immediately invited me to wait in their waiting room while I made my calls, and waited for the tow truck. They offered me water, soda, and snacks, and recommended local restaurants that are in walking distance, in case I got hungry. While I waited, I heard their conversations with customers, and they were very courteous and understanding. Their angle seemed to be about solving root cause of the problem, and they clearly explained the work they intended to do to solve the mechanical issue. Williams Automotive seems to care about their customers, and also have the technical knowledge and experience needed to do good work.

When I went there jus because they were close to my home. I took them a 66 ford mustang. I need 1 when stud replaced. I even brought them the replacement. Took about 30 minutes at max.. Cost was 75$. I understand stand prices have increased..understandable. but 1 wheel stud.. thats a bit high..my opinion..of course last month there competitor.. same town down the street.. no name..charged me 500$ for a 1 day rebuilding of a carburetor same car..that truly runs no different. I wish I could find a good reliable/affordable mechanic

Dear Williams Automotive Team, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your incredible help when I had a flat tire while delivering packages for UPS this past December. I was using my own vehicle to deliver and was 1.5 hours from home. Dealing with car trouble on the road is never easy, but your team made the whole experience so much better. Your friendliness, quick service, and the way you took care of me like I was family truly meant a lot. It’s not every day you come across people who are not only great at what they do, but who also go the extra mile to make someone feel welcome and at ease. I genuinely appreciate everything you did, Tonya Coffman
