My bumper on the vehicle came off on one side, it tore the current screws it was attached to. I took it to multiple different professional shops and they didn’t want to mess with it because of how expensive my bumper was. Smart bubble not only was he able to repair it, He found out some other components of the bumper were missing. My bumper is even more sturdier than ever & looking better. He even fixed my headlight found some missing parts, helped me order then and installed them as well. My car is a 2017 C63 AMG sport. This guy can handle any thing. 100% recommend.

If you ever need assistance ask for chance he is a dedicated young man. He figured out in two days why my car wasn’t starting literally it was sitting for months. What can I say about the mobile mechanic named Chance, except he was so dang on helpful. He was patient and kind dealing with me. I was literally a damsel in distress but he kept reassuring me that everyone was ok. He helped me realized I purchased the wrong lights for my headlights... I bought high beams not low beams😳! He told me where to purchase my new low breams. He was very excited to learn I was veteran. We even chatted about organizations that help veterans keep engaged. He even heard how I started the car and suggests how to fix my car to run even better.

They have been working on my car since March and I’m still having the same problem. Chance came out Tuesday and once again said it was the temperature sensor and was told that I need a dealership sensor. Well my son drove the car yesterday and the same problem occurred. Now he charged me 120 yesterday for the mileage and the difference on a deal ship sensor which was 20 the 100 was for the mileage. I was charged mileage for a problem that was supposed to be fixed in March . I have had 3 sensors put on this car and still no resolution. So today he was Suppose to come back out I received a text at 1249 pm to say he could come then well he didn’t make it till later this evening. The car was given another diagnostic by a master tech so now the problem is my thermostat , wiring to the sensor and coolant flush why wasn’t that pick up yesterday. I informed him that I will be taking it to the shop and I would like a refund for the 120 I was charged yesterday. I was told no! I will be filing a complaint to the attorney general office. When I told Chance his respond was he was filing a complaint against me! Wow will never use them again and I will be filing a complaint to BBB as well.

I wanted to blow you away with an awesome review...but I can't. All I can say is read all the bad reviews as they mirror my experience and were possibly countered by friends/family input. Red flags...Company appears to be large and reputable however there is no ACTUAL real address shows a HOSPICE bldg. Research yourself. Initially I spoke with a person called Nathaniel but he has since disappeared. NOT a BBB accredited company. Yelp also has reviews. 24/7 is very funny, as communication is handled primarily thru text and that includes the CUSTOMER SERVICE dept. All other departments you have to or can leave a message. Chance appears to be the only person that you can communicate with SOMETIMES and again mainly thru text. Chance will probably respond and want to call out names but the proof is I called in June and it is now October and my car still sits in my front yard..tell me that is not faith, trust and patience. The initial call assured me they worked on Smart Cars and it could be fixed...but one thing always led to another and the constant feeling that I was not a priority in scheduling got very discouraging. I wanted to believe but now all I can say is BEWARE as Chance may be in over his head and you may be in for a LONG RIDE. Check all reviews on multiple sites.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely wonderful company and team!! Someone hit my friend's side mirror at our apartment complex near West Little Rock. The back was cracked and front part was hanging down so I had to tie it with whatever I had to help them! It was parked for a while because it couldn't be driven like that. He spoke with a couple people on the Smart Bubble team after searching for somewhere that would be able to help. They got it repaired and looking brand new within a couple of days. The part came so fast and everyone we worked with was super kind - especially Chance! Highly recommend using this business for your needs! I will definitely be contacting them if anything happens once I have my own vehicle & AR license! :)
