Not super impressed. I had purchased tires through eBay and they had the option to purchase an installation package and set up an appointment. The person who checked me in at Firestone did not seem to care if I knew how the process worked. I told them I had an appointment through that service package company, he asked another question making it seem like he’d never heard of that. Took my keys and said “you’re sure the tires are here?” Then said okay. I guess there was some other information that had to be sent to them that I wasn’t informed of, and I waited all day, called the next morning to ask if there was an estimated pickup and they said “well we don’t have approval from the other company. So we have to wait.” I understand having to follow processes, and I have no issue with that. However, I had never used this service before. Turns out I had to actually check in through that company as well. Not sure if your techs know that, but that was what finally sent the approval. It would be great if they knew that and ensured the customer did it at check in so that there weren’t delays. Aside from that, the general and complete lack of communication that consistently seems to come from Firestone is astounding. I dropped the vehicle off for a scheduled appointment, and was never contacted in a “hey, we haven’t received approval yet, and it’s getting towards the end of the day.” Who knows how long my car would have just SAT there if I hadn’t called. On top of all of that, charging me an extra $25 to simply put my spare tire back in the trunk (since I didn’t want to sit in the parking lot and take it off myself) was not the most customer friendly. They didn’t even mention any of the issues they saw when I picked the vehicle up. I’m already aware of them all, but to not be given even a check in or an update? Not sure if you all just hate using that service or what, but here’s hoping the next time I need to have tires replaced, I can find someone else. Giving two stars because at least the tires were done quickly ONCE they finally received the info, and work seems to be good. Otherwise, I once again have no desire to patronize Firestone in the future.

Brought a tire in to have it patched. My wheel comes back with these brown stains on it that won't come off. I call and describe it as coffee colored stains. The guy tells me "we have nothing that color" here. What?!? I bawled him out. End of call. If they can F up a simple job like this, they don't need any further business from me.

I got in with a screw in my tire, I noticed on my way to work - I went to Firestone, I was 3rd in line. They verify my same tire was on site, my tire was replaced, then mounted and balanced. I was out and on my way to work in 45 minutes - I got to work 20 minutes early!

I was very pleased that this location was able to work me in without having a scheduled appointment. My car has had an issue with the A/C not working and Firestone got it blowing col air. Now the problem may not be fixed since I’m under the impression that there is a leak, but it’s relieving to know the entire system doesn’t need to be replaced like what another service provider wanted to do. Firestone put dye into the system and asked me to return once the car starts blowing hot air again, and I’m sure it will since it’s been filled with freon twice. Overall I would recommend this location for its reasonable pricing and timely service. Thanks again!

I dropped my car off for a tire repair early in the morning, my husband and I both said to each other that the customer service was not really great. Drove it home around 11:00 and it went flat. My 2014 Ford Escape had been sitting in storage for the longest time, needed a lot of work done on it! The brake rotors were rusty and the tires had started to decay from sheer age! (YES, rubber has a finite shelf life!) In two hours, this machine shop managed to resurface my brake rotors, swap out the pads, change the full set of tires, and my car was rolling smooth as butter! All I did was take a walk around the area, do a bit of shopping, and came back to a ready vehicle! Didn't even have to ask for an alignment!

We had a slow leak in our tire, but unable to plug the tire. Our Campground reservation was until 3 pm and we were just passing through from Missouri on our way to Texas. About a month ago they did a great job looking over my mom's car and replacing her front brakes and calipers. But she started having some vibration when braking a little again. So, she took it back up there and they relooked at it and there was vibration all throughout her car. They resurface her front and rear rotors and when I talk to her after work she said it drives like new. I really appreciate all the work they did on my mom's car to make sure she is safe on the road. I would recommend to come here they will take care of everyone here. I know she will be back to get all of her work done there cause all of the workers and the manger took amazing care of her. I really fo appreciate all of yalls work from service to the technicians.
