For anyone looking to buy an automobile, Toyran Patrick deserves a chance to earn your business (they have a variety of options on the lot even if you aren’t looking for Mercedes). He gets 5 stars all to himself and is a 10 in every way; knowledge, kindness, patience, and in the recommendations he had for us based on the time he took to understand our buying priorities. We felt like his most important customer of the day. In addition, he took the time to introduce us to their Service Advisor Damon Helton and the service and parts team that would be taking care of any future needs. They too made us feel as if getting to know us was the only thing they needed to do at the time. From the initial look to the signature line this team was really exceptional! Please do not purchase a Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. The treatment I received was deeply disrespectful and racially biased. I came in prepared to purchase my first Mercedes after years of hard work and saving. Despite walking the showroom, opening vehicle doors, and even sitting inside cars, I was never greeted or acknowledged. Staff looked at me as though I didn’t belong and made no effort to assist me. Meanwhile, a white mother and daughter in the showroom—whose business appeared to already be completed—received repeated attention, water, and courtesy from multiple employees. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and understand end-of-day timing, but basic respect and acknowledgment should not be selective. This experience confirmed concerns others had warned me about. If you’re in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere—Texas dealerships offer better service and better pricing.

They were not pushy or overbearing about showing us vehicles we weren’t interested in. There was no pressure to close a deal we were uncomfortable with. I am rewriting my review to provide full and accurate context regarding my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock. My original review was removed only after I was told my ongoing issues would finally be corrected so I could receive the proper paperwork needed to register my vehicle. From the beginning, this experience was extremely frustrating. I purchased what was represented as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz, yet the vehicle was delivered to me with a broken sunroof something that should never be present on a certified vehicle. Instead of the dealership taking immediate responsibility, I had to escalate the matter to Mercedes-Benz corporate myself just to receive assistance getting the repair addressed. Months later, after repeated follow-ups and escalation, I was asked if I still needed help, long after the issue should have already been resolved. In addition, the dealership completed my paperwork incorrectly, preventing me from registering my vehicle and causing delays along with accumulated late fees. Despite providing my correct Houston address and documentation at the time of purchase, I spent nearly two months repeatedly following up to have this corrected. Communication during this process was also unprofessional. The sales manager I worked with, Seth, hung up on me during a phone conversation, and communication became increasingly difficult afterward. At one point, my emails were no longer receiving responses, yet I was told my email had not been blocked. Situations like this made resolving an already stressful issue far more difficult than it needed to be. While the problems were eventually addressed after significant escalation, I should not have had to chase down solutions or involve corporate support for issues that originated with the dealership. A Certified Pre-Owned vehicle should not leave the lot with mechanical defects, and customers should not feel pressured to remove honest feedback in order to receive proper assistance. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in accountability, communication, and quality control so future customers receive the level of service expected from a luxury brand.

Over this last weekend I noticed a few drops coolant on my garage floor, I got my GLS 550 into the Little Rock dealership service dept and was met by Damon who assisted with checkin & within an hour he updated me with a cracked radiator diagnosis & stated parts were available for an immediate repair. Damon coordinated me a shuttle ride home & I returned the following day to pickup my car. This was a very expensive repair but I appreciate Damon’s honesty, commitment to professionalism and his continued outstanding service to me and both of my Mercedes vehicles.
