Top notch customer service! Even though my truck went in for just a simple rear bumper replacement, they got it done right. Took a little bit longer than expected, but zero complaints here! Being able to drop my rental at their location made it even easier to get back on the road. They even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. Little touches like that make a huge difference. It's like their customers service goes to 11! Thank you guys and girls!

Everyone is so nice and professional here. John is so sweet and personable. He explained everything to me and even made sure I had a rental car. My car was repaired two days quicker than what was quoted so that was a definite plus! They even cleaned my interior and hand washed my car for me. I’ll definitely be back!

I took my Subaru Outback here after our carport fell during a bad storm. They were able to get me in quickly while everywhere else I asked said it’d be at least a month if not two before they could work on it. However, it was still a few months before it was done even though the manager said it would only be a few weeks. I got a text on a Monday morning basically saying it’s done and that they just need to do a final touches and paperwork and that they’ll call once it’s done. I expected to receive a call the next day. Heard nothing from them so I called them Wednesday afternoon asking. They said it would be done by Friday. Called again on Friday morning to confirm I could pick it up later that day. She said yes, it will be done. I didn’t really believe her so I called again before we left and she said yes, just come around 4:30 to 5pm. So we got there and it was not done. In their hast to get it finished, they had chipped part of the paint on a piece they were putting on. We decided that I would go ahead and take my Subaru and they would come pick it up to fix it in a couple weeks. While I had it I noticed a few other things they did wrong, the seal around the back window was not properly attached, there was a tear in the fabric inside, the back middle seat seatbelt wouldn’t go back into the ceiling (why it was down in the first place, I don’t know), and they missed a spot on the bumper while painting. The manager was ablet to come pick up my Subaru from my work in Sherwood and got everything done in a day, minus the inside fabric which they had to order a piece for. Once that piece came in, she came and got my Subaru again and got it back to me fixed by the end of the day. Both times it came back clean. Overall the quality of the work is good once it’s done right. The customer service was great besides them telling me it would be done when it was not. I’m glad the manager was able to pick it up.

This is our second time to visit this Service King location for body work on our vehicles. The first time we had significant damage to our truck that required alot of paint and body work. The repair and paint job was superb and restored our vehicle to brand new in a very reasonable time frame. The price quote and time frame was better than we received from the dealership and one other paint and body repair shop. A couple of years later we had a piece of sheet rock fly off the back of a dump truck and hit us on the freeway leaving a large area of significant surface scratches on the hood of our brand new vehicle so we again took it to Service King Downtown on Rebsamen and Rick took our vehicle back and was able to buff out 99.9% of the scratches while we waited. We cannot say enough how impressed we are with the fast, courteous, professional service we get with Service King and the excellent quality of their work. We will use them again for any future service and recommend them to our family and friends as well.

Great service. After my accident, they worked as fast as they could to get my car fixed. They were very good about keeping me informed as to the status of my car during repairs. After I got my car back, I noticed the only thing wrong was my badge on the front was the wrong color. After I contacted them about it, they made sure to get everything set straight. If I ever have any problems with my car, I know that these guys will take care of it.

My experience with Crash Champions definitely began a tad bit rocky but, per an old cliche it doesn't matter so much as to how you start as it does how you finish and these guys finished on an excellent note! Tyvm to Rick, Richard, Kerrie, Faith etc. You guys are absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them! We have had the sad fortune of having to use this company two times in the past year. With my truck it took a little while to get all the parts which that's not their fault, they did a fantastic job making my truck look better than when it got to them. My wife's mini Cooper was there for less than 2 weeks and they did a remarkable job. We are kept in the loop constantly with what's going on what's expected and when we can expect our vehicle. Their follow up even after has been what has to be the industry best. I trust him with every single vehicle l own, and I own way too many.

I dropped my vehicle off at Crash Champions on May 28, and more than a month later, it still hasn’t been returned in acceptable condition. I was given multiple completion dates, but every time I showed up, the car was either unfinished or poorly repaired. The paint was running, the interior was dirty, a damaged tire/wheel was never replaced (despite being billed for it), and trim panels were misaligned. One technician even melted a component while trying to fix a paint issue. Now the paint guy is on vacation and I’m paying out of pocket expenses because of their delays. Completely unacceptable level of service and communication. Update: After escalating the issue, management stepped in and made things right. The remaining repairs were completed correctly, and they covered the rental extension. While the process was frustrating at times, I appreciate the effort made to resolve the issue and the professionalism shown toward the end. Thank you Ricky and Mason!!!

Hit a guy that ran a stop sign in my less than 1 year old vehicle, causing $20K in damage. Initially thought the dealer's body shop would be the right way to go, but my insurance encouraged me to use Crash Champions. I was super skeptical that anyone could repair my nearly new vehicle back to "like new" condition, but after 5 weeks (mainly waiting on parts), it was completed. Carrie kept me constantly updated and was very patient with my frequent calls, texts and e-mails. They used all OEM parts and their work was perfection! I can't recommend them enough! These guys really went the extra mile. They stayed in touch about repairs and followed up. I had a little problem with my seat belt getting stuck after repairs; they fixed it right away. They explained everything very thoroughly. When I dropped my car off, I handed them my key fob with instructions to be careful not to drop it, because it would fall apart. When they gave the key fob back to me, it was fixed. They definitely went above and beyond!

Crash champions had my vehicle in and out and with all safety and quality assurance/control a client could ask for in the process. I constantly received vehicle status updates and the staff seemed to genuinely care about me being aware of what was happening with my vehicle. One employee that really stood out to me was Lucy.
