Great service department! I have a Mini Cooper and was initially pretty bummed when the LR coop dealership shut down but BMW has been keeping my car serviced and running great. The lounge was comfy to wait in during my oil change and more recently I had my tires replaced and they set me up with a great courtesy car for the day. Communication was great and pricing was also good. They even cleaned off some old sticker residue that I’ve been trying to scrape off for the past 6 months. Many thanks!

I recently took my car in for a light that was on, and it was not anything wrong with the car. I called Brad Swiderski the service manager, and he advised me over the phone, what I was explaining to him, was a simple fix, it was a button that I had hit, and for me to bring it in, and he would take care of it, and he did exactly that. the reason for the 5 stars, is because any time I contact BMW service department. I always feel like I'm taken care of, and now with my service advisor Dylan, just to name a few more. Mr. Jack is also awesome. I just wanted to thank you for always being friendly, transparent, and keeping me updated, whenever I bring my car in to get serviced. The work was completed quickly; the quality was top- notch. It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership that values honesty and customer satisfaction. I’ll gladly recommend them to friends and family!!! You guys' Rock!!!! Happy New Years
