I had my car towed here with two broken rims and pop tires. The service was great. They said my car would be ready but took longer than planned they called me and informed me of the situation. I understand issues happen. Took my car out it was driving a bit off so i returned and asked for an alignment to be done they seen the cause of my issue and fixed it. I over heard the manager on the phone dealing with an issue and he sound genuine in helping another customer. Thank Mike the mechanic who helped me. A little expensive but my issue was solved.

The folks at this Firestone have always been so helpful. They’re very professional and very kind. I got my oil changed there less than 2000 miles ago and a gasket broke so I took it back in yesterday and they replaced the gasket and changed everything out for me. I didn’t even have an appointment and they got it done same day. I highly recommend this location; it could be difficult to find a place that won’t talk down to you as a woman coming in to get things fixed in your car, but they always take me seriously and talk to me like an adult.
