After having new tires installed, I went straight to this shop for a 4 wheel alignment plus when driving my steering wheel would sit at a right angle therefore i really needed an alignment. The first thing I noticed was all the signs posted everywhere saying Groupons or company coupons could not be used if the coupon was not presented at the time of vehicle check-in. What difference does it make when u so the coupon. The lobby is not clean they had crumbs and dirt debris on the floor as well as ants. So I was constantly checking my feet and legs for ants since I had on open toe shoes and dress. There was a sign posted saying no public restroom. I made 2 visits to this shop limited staff so the wait time 2 hours or more. So I took my car back after driving around for about a week my steering wheel goes to the left now. When driving straight the steering wheel sits at a left angle now. The rechecked my car saying the adjusted the alignment just a little other than that the alignment looks good. I asked why would my steering wheel go to the left when driving I was told the grooves in the street will sometimes make it do that. Well I don't agree after having several different vehicles and that's all I do is drive for work all day up and down the sames roads. When driving your steering wheel should sit straight unless you are turning. Especially when driving straight I shouldn't have to pull the steering to the left nor right just to get my car to go straight.

Visit #3: After I went back to have them to refix my vehicle they let me leave with no coolant in my damn car!!! My husband took it back that Monday to get my radiator flushed and they had attitudes again and he felt the shade n the room even from the manager he said. The mechanic had an attitude not wanting to check their bs mistake. Keep in mind they were nice to me when I went the second time after I notified the owner. I’ll find a new mechanic shop 3strikes for me is enough!! Visit#2: The manager Ethan was very remorseful with the visit I had and wanted to help in any way possible. The owner Mr.Prather was not happy about my visit once I contacted him about what happened. They both personally handled the situation and from now on I will not go unless Ethan is there. Praying no one else has a bad experience after this!!! I am satisfied after the the consideration showed to me and my concerns. Original visit: I had the worse experience at this location. I had a 9:00 appointment on Thursday. I had a diagnostic check done by Landers Toyota saying I needed cooling fans, a belt, and belt tensioner. An employee was very rude the day of my appointment and said he was not touching my vehicle until he does his own diagnostic check. He also tried to make my husband come back Friday because he said the manager does things that nobody knows about. They keep cars over night from the day before so they r always telling you to come back because they r busy. I heard this myself last year when I went in to get my brakes repaired that were squeaking before 3months. The guy already had an attitude and didn’t want to touch my vehicle. They repaired the belt and fans on my car but not the tensioner so I assumed I didn’t need it since he wanted to do his own diagnostic check and was rude about it. My car broke down on me n the heat because the tensioner wasn’t replaced but my husband was given a receipt for $400 plus dollars for the parts that didn’t get put on yesterday. I paid $800 yesterday for the cooling fans, but, and the labor. Keep in mind we were stranded in the heat 4hours waiting for a tow truck. I am highly disappointed in this facility because I was also asked if my husband had tools to fix a piece that came apart. I said I’m bringing it up there because my car was not repaired completely. What was wrong with the diagnostic check I got the day before. I will no longer go to this establishment after I get my car back tomorrow.

Terrible service, can't even perform a simple oil change correctly. Manager does not care about reputation or their quality of customer service. Highly recommend not going to this business. I've been there three times for several service and it's a different manager every time. They cannot keep a qualified staff.

What I hoped to be a promising, rapid visit, turned into complete frustration. I first arrived at 12:10 pm and almost as soon as I checked in someone in the garage shouted “lunchtime!!!” & stared at me. I asked should I come back later & they said yes come at 1. I thought this was interesting because I checked the website before coming and there was nothing about a lunch hour but understandably, I went to kill time. I came back at 1:02pm and they took my keys. I stayed until 1:30 and it seemed like they had done nothing to my car but there was only one other car in the garage so I left and came back at 2 to see a new car has joined the garage & almost every mechanic is working on two cars and ignoring mine. I let the clerk know I was hoping it would be done and if they could prioritize my car & she said okay. It wasn’t until 2:30 that they finally came back to my car & did the quickest oil change & finally let me leave. I left at 2:47pm. Next time I will just go to Take 5 because I’ve never seen so many mechanics being so leisurely. Zero urgency and so many idle hands

Took car there for stearing issue they diagnosed it as a 864.00 power steering pump which I agreed to fix it after they completed it and called me to pick it up I drive trucks so had to pay following week. So I try to pay over phone and Josh tells me it has no steering so I say ok keep trying to figure it out.After 2 more months no calls no updates or anything.I go to get my car to take to another shop who had a certified mechanic not a parts changer. I was still charged $337.00 dollars to get my car out. After taking my car to Goodyear who fixed it for 227.00 dollars. Do Better Josh Cates and William Garrett.Find you a mechanic and service advisor not just bodies Best of luck to yall
