Kimmy the dispatcher and Fadi the driver really came to the rescue! My rental car broke down on I-75, but they found us and picked us up super quickly. Fadi drove me and my coworker all the way—over an hour—to the Detroit airport, with our broken rental in tow. He was so friendly and professional, it actually turned a stressful situation into a fun road trip! I’d highly recommend this team. Plus, Kimmy checked in on us while we waited, which was such a nice personal touch. Can’t beat service like that—thank you both!

Thank you so much for your services this morning. I needed a tow because of a flat tire on the expressway. I spoke with Kimmie the dispatcher and she was awesome. She was able to get a driver to me right away. The guy that showed up went by the name of D he was super nice and was very quick to get my car loaded up on the flatbed and get me off the expressway. Can’t recommend them enough. My significant other got a flat tire and just needed a tow three miles up the road. Everywhere else we called said it was over an hour wait and wanted almost $300 to go up three miles. I called bargain towing and the man who answered the phone literally dropped what he was doing and came and gave us a tow in less than half an hour and for half the price. Great customer experience 10/10 recommend these guys they will get you taken care of and treat you fair. My significant other said they made a bad day better.

Look I live in rossford but I drive here just to get my car fixed. They're that good, and it's not just that they're honest as well and they work with you. They're straight with you and tell you what they can and can't do (and they can do alot). All the guys I've met have been very helpful in diagnosing the issues I had with my car. And just going back on the honest note, the guy mistakingly put 150 instead of 105 and IMMEDIATELY rectified the mistake. I give credit where credit is due and they deserve it. I I'll always been coming back to bargain towing. Thanks guys!

Most companies might give you a ball park time but Fady gave me a small time frame and even arrived early! I thought my day was ruined my car just randomly died in the middle of the road. Couldn’t get a tow for a decent price without a 60 plus minute wait. But kimmy talked me through the whole thing with such kindness and compassion. She really helped me calm down and get me a driver in about 15 mins. the driver JR is amazing.
