Louie, the owner himself is one of the most genuine people I’ve met in the auto industry—he’s easy to talk to, never tries to upsell or take advantage of customers, and truly prioritizes doing right by you. His technician, Shawn, is another standout. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to Teslas, and can help with just about any issue. Beyond their expertise, what really sets this shop apart is the atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a typical corporate-run shop where they’re just trying to squeeze money out of you. Instead, it feels like family—like a place where the people actually care about their customers. I live 30-40 minutes away, but I gladly make the drive because I trust them that much. When visiting my daughter recently, I discovered the front right tire of her car had a bulge in the sidewall. Thinking a potential “blow out” was possible, I contacted Shawn at Barkley Tire, and was told to come in and he would take care of it. He could not have been more kind and considerate of my concern, and within like 20 minutes, had a new tire on and ready to go. Paid less than I have previously paid for a tire, and the speed of the work was exceptional. Could not be a more satisfied customer, and I certainly felt even more grateful as a dad. Thanks Shawn!

Friendly and communicate! I got my 3piece wheels powder coated and color match. I told them how meticulous I am and that I expect nothing less and they just did that. I was always kept updated on the status and delivered as promised well maybe extended a few days but kept me posted which is the main KEY here. This past experience I have notice communication from other businesses is NOT THEIR PRIORITY!!!! So if you wanted update you will have to call them sometimes everyday when they started remembering your number and put your call to VM!!!!!

This is the second time they helped me out in a jam. This time there was a kitten hiding in my engine that wouldn’t come out! Lily took the time to walk slowly next to my car from my home to the shop in case the kitten fell out . They were so kind as to allow my car to stay indoors overnight until the kitten came out on its own. Such professional, caring people who can assist with many types of automobile situations. They saved a kitten’s life, who has since been adopted by close friends of mine.

After getting many different opinions on my work van from other shops I decided to pull the trigger and go with Barkley tire shop! I had lost complete hope in getting my work van back and running. It was sitting in my driveway for about three months. I had many mechanics come by so they can diagnose the van and nobody seem to figure out what was wrong with it. I reached out to Barkley and spoke with Loui . After speaking to him back-and-forth over the phone, I decided to get my van towed into his shop. A couple days went by and the diagnostic was that we needed to get a new mortar. that was the last thing I wanted to hear, but I knew it was perfect call . before even recommending that we tried many things to try to get the Van up and running but nothing seemed to be working. Unfortunately, the original motor was compromised due lack of maintenance. so we ended up replacing the motor and they did a fantastic job. The turnaround time was amazing. We ordered a mortar within 24 hours after being told that it needed to be replaced . by the next day the old motor was out of the van. It took a total of three days, including the weekend, which I appreciate because they worked on my van on a Sunday !!!! that’s when I realized I made a good decision for someone to work on a Sunday on their day off says a lot ! thank you guys so much. I appreciate their entire team!! 5 stairs well deserved So please don’t waste your time at other shops. These guys are true professionals there reliable, and they communicate very well and best of all their prices are more than fair!!!
