I ordered a battery for my lawn mower on line. When I got to the store to pick it up, it was apparent that I didn't order exactly what I needed (I actually needed 3 of the batteries I ordered as my old battery had 3 of the smaller batteries inside of it.) At the store they were able to change my order to 3 batteries and gave me an overall discounted price that was slightly less than I would have had to pay to get it directly from the mower company. They also removed the old batteries from the case they were in and installed the new ones for me. All this was taken care of in about 10 minutes. Will definitely be back for future battery needs.

A 2 year battery from Batteries Plus under a 3 year warranty failed to have a charge and froze in the cold temperatures of February 2025. Batteries plus stayed the battery freezing was because of the car and the driving habits instead of a battery issue and would not standby the warranty to replace the battery.

Service is great; however, I wouldn't recommend ordering a replacement FOB from here. Got charged for the FOB and programming - $150 total, not too bad right -- but I could have gone to Code Zero and paid for the replacement, programming is free, 2 year warranty and free battery changes each year!! Now thats a better deal for 100$. I only know this because I ordered my boyfriend's from Code Zero

My daughter had her phone screen replacement twice there. Great experience. Recently I broke my iPhone XS Max screen. The screen they put on for me was subpar. But they replaced it a week later when the new shipment arrived. They certainly stand behind their service and product.

Called batteries plus 3 days ago to get an estimate on smart phone repair. Was quoted $179 + labor & taxes. However, 3 days later I was in store quoted $300 + labor and taxes! What gives? Me not doing business with batteries plus fargo!!! Buyer beware !

Bought over 100 cells from them and they have great quality and service. You might save a couple of bucks on some "value" cells somewhere else that you have to replace in a year or two or get a good one that is going to last twice as long from them. Their help has always been awesome when visiting and I keep coming back.

I walked into this store with my watch and the guy there was okay he said he could replace my watch in a couple of minutes I said okay. He took my watch and replaced the battery. After 20 mins the battery died. He charged me 5.36 US dollars. I’m never going back there for a battery.

Worst customer service and warranty EVER!! Started a business account here and bought one battery and will never purchase another item from Batteries Plus. Go to Interstate Batteries where they treat you as an actual customer!! I was told by my mechanic and shown the test on the battery that it was bad and the battery is less than 18 months old. Had to purchase another battery so my mechanic could switch out and brought the battery with a bad cell back to them. They refuse to warranty the battery and will not return the battery that I just purchased and is one day old.

Horrible experience, rude staff, and faulty products. Screen replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro. Was placed on wrong the first time, causing my phone to die really fast/get so hot it wouldn’t charge after barely using it/a random purple light on my screen, none of which happened prior to the new screen. After telling them my issues, the older guy with black glasses told me it wasn’t there fault and there was nothing they could do. Only after pushing for them to ask the manager did they admit it may have been a faulty screen and offered to replace it. There was no communication on this, causing it to be two extra weeks before they even orders the screen. So I had to wait an extra 3 weeks before hoping they’d finally fix my phone. My phone still doesn’t work right after a second screen and the same older man I had issues with before was rude and condescending to me at the second drop off of my phone. NEVER spend your money here.

Ordered battery planning on swinging in on Sunday as I drove by Fargo. Store not open, website said they would be. Called on Monday and manager said they would shipped it out to me (100 miles out so did not want to drive back). Website info wrong--not so good, manager handled situation quickly and correctly--good. Overall would look to purchase batteries here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was sold a battery that didn’t even last a the full lifetime. My battery was not working, my neighbor swapped it out and my vehicle ran just fine. I ended up buying a new vehicle so I didn’t bother to take it in o get it exchanged. I did t know they actually came with a warranty. Fast forward I brought it in one guy told me it could be replaced and another said no because it froze. Yes, it froze after sitting however I had issues with the battery prior. I will never buy another battery from them. I should’ve read the reviews.

If Menards or Walmart don't have what you need, this is the place to get your batteries. They'll even install new batteries into your key fobs, garage openers, etc. on the spot. Impressively low prices on regular batteries in bulk, too. Far better service than you'll receive at a big-box store.

Can't be bothered to update Google with the new temporary hours, which led to me wasting my time trying to go there on a Sunday (closed all day). The next day I brought up how the hours were incorrect online to a manager in person and he didn't seem to care one bit and blamed corporate without even as much as a "sorry." Crappy warranty on their auto batteries that they'll weasel out of even if you have valid concerns on the safety of a 1.5 year old battery that has failed to hold a charge for you 6+ times. Cherry on top was when they told me they'd call me back and I just waited 2 days with no call before picking up my battery and getting a better and cheaper product at Costco.
