I had an issue with my car battery. Went to the dealership and was told that I was covered under warranty . Only to be told after sitting there for over an hour that it wasn't and would have to pay around 300.. I called and Nathan was very helpful on the phone and in person. He replaced my battery and installed it for me. While he installed my battery he was very cheerful and had good conversation. Thank you Nathan for brightening my day with your cheerful attitude and great customer service.

I've only been here a couple of times, but both experiences have been quite positive. The customer service seems to be excellent. The first time, I went for a battery (desperate), right before closing. There was an issue with my terminals and the guy had severe problems getting the battery out, so he went to his car to get his own personal tools and stayed beyond store hours to get the job done. Totally saved me. So impressive. There should be more people/businesses like this!

During my visit I observed them change a watch band for a senior who didn't purchase a watch battery. A second gentleman came into the store and requested help with putting his battery in his boat. I can’t believe it! AIDAN is superb! Not only did Aidan helped me to find the right bulb for my vintage lantern, he even found the best one for me... on Amazon!! Which means he tried but didn’t expect to have to sell my anything (even that which I didn’t need) before he would help me! Batteries plus bulbs, AIDAN is the kind of sincere staff member you must employ. This definitely is the place to come back to for my future battery and bulb needs!

The staff there always went above and beyond to help me fix my daughters iPhone and got it done in a timely manner. I also got a quote for a new key fob for my wife's car. They got it ordered and delivered and took their time programming it for the vehicle when it came in, they deleted the old master key fob that we never received when buying the car, that was causing us issues with the remote start. We ordered the new key fob, they got it in yesterday and we showed up and they treated us like royalty (sounds dumb but it's great service by them). They programmed the key fob, and got the remote start fixed by deleting with their computer the old master key fob that we never got and made the new key fob the master allowing us to now take advantage of the remote start. Their key fob with programming was about 100.00 cheaper than the trucks that sit outside Sams Club and was about 135.00 cheaper than Ford itself....great staff, great prices, awesome service! A+++

Also, a battery I bought here went bad & they quickly replaced it with no questions asked. Staff are knowledgeable, attentive & move their quickest when helping customers. I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs in search of an LED light bulb that I needed 5 of for for what I would describe as my dining room chandelier. I had already replaced the small spotlight that would shine in the center of the table with a LED light bulb that I got it Lowe's home improvement But they didn't have the small round bulbs, I checked Home Depot and they didn't have them either. I was in the area because my School's Frist Credit Union is in the same strip mall as Batteries Plus Bulbs, so I stopped there on a whim, I did not have an example to show them what I needed however I did describe the size of the bulb by holding my fingers up, made about a 2 inch circle, I told him that the screw in socket was about the size of my little finger in diameter. The store clerk walked over to the wall showed me the exact bulb that I needed and they just happened to have 5 of them, lucky me. Let there be light.!!.

Stopped in on 6/6/25 at 6:00 PM to buy a small lawn mower battery. Despite standing there for five minutes, neither of the two employees acknowledged me—or the elderly customer who was already waiting. One was working on a watch, the other on a phone, and neither could take a moment to greet us. I walked out and went to AutoZone in Elk Grove instead, where I had a great experience. Friendly, quick, and helpful. I won’t be back to Batteries Plus—it was a complete waste of time and gas.

I brought in my made in USA, Duracell lawn mower battery from 2017 in for replacement. The battery the store gave as a replacement was made in Vietnam. It had no date code. I asked the clerk when it was manufactured. There was no date sticker. He did not know. He asked his manager who looked it up. He told me 12/24. I had to take his word for it since there was no sticker. When I got the battery home and removed the plastic terminal covers, I found the terminals covered with corrosion. Needless to say, I’m returning the battery and shopping elsewhere. Hopefully I can find a US made battery to replace this one.

This place is a great resource.. they’ve helped us with two iPhone battery replacements now and both were great and fair price, official too.. the Apple kits where you get the heath percentage back still. They also do Samsung phones. And Key FOBs and anything else you could have. In store you can buy any flashlight, bulb or anything else. It’s way cool.
