Took my daughters car in for multiple repairs. I explained the car is my 16 year old daughters and I wanted everything checked so that it’s safe for her. Sal took the time to explain every detail of what he checked and what needed to be fixed. I drove away knowing I paid a great price and confident that repairs were done by a knowledgeable mechanic. Hi Ladies and Gentlemen, I don't usually leave reviews and this isn't paid or promo at all. I met Sal the owner back in 2022 with some issues with my 328i bmw he was straight to the point very honest and by far the best and most reasonable mechanic I've ever came across. He diagnosed a battery terminal melting issue and coolant issue in record time. I then had another issue with awhole different vehicle this time a 535i bmw and he diagnosed it, squeezed me in his busy schedule, never rushed me explained everything and ultimately fixed my car better than it was prior to my issue. Highly recommend Bavarian Automotive for any make vehicle or any car issues he even came in on his day off to help. Don't make the mistake of going to to anyone else! 💯

I’ve Taken My BMW here twice now. Not only is Sal professional he is also very knowledgeable. He doesn’t beat around the bush and so far the best prices in town! My bmw 528i was having issues with an oil leak and he was able to replace my cover gasket. He did an amazing job that I used him again for my fuel pump. He fixed both issues effortlessly. Great services!! If you have an issue with your car, go there you will be happy you did!

Bavarian Auto is a first class shop! Sal the owner, is a stand up guy that follow's up and communicates all issues with transparency! It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics in town that are not trying to rip you off. He does a thorough evaluation of the issue and lays everything on the table on what/how it needs to be addressed. Sal was very communicative and addressed all my concerns. He is very amicable and professional. I was making small talk with another customer when dropping off my car and that customer mentioned how the prices here are very reasonable compared to other places that he’s been to. I was also referred to Sal by my dad who told me he was a very knowledgeable mechanic. All cars are welcome here not just the luxury cars. If you’re wondering if you should bring your car, definitely bring it!

Based on a number of unsatisfactory interactions with this business, I would not recommend them for your auto repair needs. The owner talks a good game about providing good customer service but in my case and a number of his other previous customers he has failed to deliver. On two recent occasions as the “professional mechanic” he provided a diagnosis and was paid for the repairs, however the problem continued and he states what he repaired was not the problem… although he provided the diagnosis. Recently I left my vehicle with him almost 30 days due to an oil leak he diagnosed initially without even looking at the engine. When he finally look at it 2 weeks later he stated there was a second problem (increased the original quote by $700). When I pick my vehicle up after 30 days later it was still leaking and even though he allegedly did a complete inspection he refused to fix the problem and began the blame game. His excuse- his lift/rack was occupied and he could not properly clean the engine to inspect- what!!! You would assume he would have fixed the problem and inspected his work afterwards to insure it was repaired. They drove it 15 miles during the 30 days but did not notice the oil was still leaking? After picking it up, I noticed after driving it only 3 miles that the leak was still not repaired. I returned the vehicle for a second look and as expected, allegedly there was another problem he found…? Why did he not find it within the initial inspection and in 30 days??? I refused any other repairs and when I picked my vehicle up it then had a severed brake vacuum hose??? Brake lights were not on when I dropped it off and they didn’t say anything about it. I picked it up with a compromised braking system that they had to know about! Additional many bolts/screws where not replaced after the work they initially completed. Extremely unprofessional mechanic who lacks the proper knowledge/experience to work on high end vehicles. I would not recommend!

BMW dealer service said my arm bushings for my BMW were cracked and needed to be replaced. Their quote was quite high. I searched google and found that Bavarian Auto works on these types of cars. They have excellent reviews. I called and Salvador answered all my questions. He was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. He completed the work the next day. He also saved me $800. I will continue to come back and have these mechanics work on my car. I am very grateful for them and the work they did on my BMW.

The best experience I could ask for in not so ideal situation. I am from out of town and my car broke down a few hours from this shop. After searching through many reviews of different shops I found Sal at Bavarian Auto and knew he was the guy! He did not disappoint one bit... fraction of the cost I was expecting to pay, honesty in what was a priority to get me back on the road safely, and extremely fast turnaround. I wish I lived in California so I could bring my car back to them for all my services and repairs. Big thank you to Sal for also driving to me to drop off my toddlers car seat once we realized my car would be there over night.

Bavarian Auto did great on estimating how long a timing chain replacement job would take for a 2012 328i BMW and got it done within that time frame. They offered sound suggestions on future maintenance as well as great pricing where 5 other shops couldn’t beat Sal’s (the owner) prices. Checked all his work and even after a month, no issues have shown at all. Overall great work and I’ll definitely be back.
