Went in to get the screws replaced that fell off the car undercarriage cover. The guy had too much attitude. Did not even look into it and said you need to replace the whole thing It can't be fixed. Don't recommend them.

I feel bad giving this store a bad rating. I was in this business few hours ago. There was a guy who was completely mean to me. As a customer, I deserve to have respect and not insulted on the gate. Customers may do something wrong but it’s the job of people who works in the store to explain customer nicely what was wrong and not yelling at them. I was about to hit the half closing gate, but I didn’t. I stopped. The guy inside came out yelling at me. Wow!. I was surprised. I left the business because the guy who works in there or the manager or the owner lacks knowledge on how to talk to customers. Never tell to customers!!!!!!!

You know how you go to get oil charge at most gas stations, especially when you are a woman, they tell you the are problems with your car after the oil charge service. They don't do it here. I like their service and the price. The owner is very nice. I'd recommend this place :-)

Good place for mechanical problem. The manager is nice, I believe straight forward person. I had my car shut down on highway, pretty old car. Had the fuel pump changed. Reasonable cost as I compared with others. I am willing to go for car service next time.

Never visited this type of auto repair in life. They have unprofessional staffs. The work is incomplete. I met rude boss who want to suck customer all money then trying to solve their problems. Never going back again 👎

Worst auto shop ever! Avoid this place like the plague! They promised to fix my brakes, but they still squeal like crazy. Terrible customer service! Took my car in for a repair, and it came back with even more issues than before! They claim to be experts, but their mechanics couldn't diagnose a simple problem correctly. Stay away from this shop unless you want to waste your time and money.

Terrible service. They will do decent work at first but you have to go back to them constantly. Recently I went in for an oil change but I also asked please make sure for any wheel alignment power steering fluid and if all the bars and joints are ok. They said it's ok. Few days later I go back to get it double checked because it doesn't sit right with me they give me wrong advice so I later take it to the honda shop and said if I drove for about another 2000 miles i could've been in an accident. Better pay more for quality work

I don’t know much about auto body shops. I haven’t been to a whole lot of them but I trust these guys with every job needed regarding my car. I just needed a simple oil change and some air put into the tires which they did so within 10-15 minutes. The garage door which you enter is a bit compact and tight but driven slowly easy to peruse through. They usually keep it open during warm seasons and keep it close to conserve heat on days like this. The ship itself definitely has character as you can see all the different parts to an auto body place. You have your tire and rims display, 5 -7 stations for people to work on cars simultaneously, heavy machinery all around, chains and hooks hanging on the ceiling, oil canisters, certifications and licenses the works. I’m Bengali so speaking to these guys was not a problem but they also speak English so don’t worry about any language barriers. They also accept card payment albeit a fee will be included as expected so I would come with cash. My oil change was about $50 which wasn’t so bad seeing as it lasts me about 4-5 months driven at a constant pace everyday. The put air in for free and checked all the systems with billing me. Inspections and registrations are different service which is about $20 or so. They also have Mexican and Hispanic mechanics in case your worried about the ethnic diversity but overall this is a nice group to socialize with while your getting you parts repaired and fixed.
