Was in the neighborhood, my side mirror glass fell off, couldn’t snap it back myself, and certainly unsafe to operate with glass pice d hanging out, so I found this shop and the manager sent the guy Ryan to check it out. He greased it up and snap right back in, and wipe it clean up any residual for free. Absolutely amazing people, highly recommended!

They make sure that you are well taken care of and answers all your questions detailed. They even help me call the rental car company and made sure that I knew what the next steps are.

HORRIBLE experience to say the least. We brought our car in for a minor fender bender. At first, Justin seemed very nice and pleasant, we picked this shop due to the great reviews. We dropped off the car Friday. On Monday I called to ask about the estimate, which was way overpriced! Then on Wednesday I called back to see the estimated time the work would be completed . Justin proceeded to say “I was annoying him and threaten me that he will put our car at the end of the line” and he did just that! The work was completed on the very last day of the estimated due date and the work was terrible. The pain lot job lacked professionalism. They didn’t put primer and gloss, the bumper was shaky coming off and it was stained. My hood had a scratch it didn’t have before and now my driver side door it’s squeaking probably from all the times they threw the door open. Employee Justin is very unprofessional towards customers not sure why he’s working with customers. Arthur the owner completely disregarded our complaints. I recommend finding another shop kept our car for 2 weeks and nearly did the work right SMH. The receptionist Barbara was also rude and threatening to hold my car keys to “fix” all the work that hadn’t been done. She also said I wouldn’t get my car without my deductible which I obviously knew about it and had the cash in hand. She seemed to think we didn’t have money lol They knocked off $200 from the deductible because of all the scamming they did to my insurance charged about $5K to replace a front headlight front bumper and shotty paint job 😒 save yourself the headache.

Best body shop in NYC! I've used them twice now for some pretty bad damage to my cars. They have a great, friendly staff. I dropped the car off and they took it from there, making the insurance process a breeze. They even helped out with arranging rental car pickup. Both times the car has come back ahead of schedule and looking as good as the day I bought it. Nobody wants to get in an accident, but if you do this is the place to go. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Arthur and Justin were honest, down to earth people. They were easy to work with, and I felt confident leaving my car with them. They took care in getting the manufacturers parts for the car so I wouldn't have aftermarket parts. And they were very quick with contacting the manufacturer, getting together paperwork, and completing the job. It was estimated 2 days from time of the parts arrival, and was done in less. A great experience, from start to finish. The staff definitely showed compassion and understanding of my situation.

They did an amazing job on my car. I found this auto body shop on google and gave it a try based on the good reviews. After getting several quotes from the other auto body shops for my fender bender, Bayside Collision Service gave me the best price. Justin walked me through the whole process quote to repair - nice guy, honest, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond as my car was fixed in 2 days, with a clean and wash too! My friend recommended me to Bayside Collision to have body work done and I dealt with Arthur. When I picked up the car I did check it but when I returned home in the evening I found multiple problems of swirls and imperfections when the light was shining on it. I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it. Learn from my mistake, don't pay cash and look at it under a bright light and so you can see the true quality of work.

Bayside Collision is amazing! We had them fix our Traverse in 2017 after someone rear ended me, the work was excellent! Great people working there! We decided to go back to them today because a ditz switched lanes without looking and seeing me in the lane right next to her, I sped up but she clipped my new 2022 Dodge Challenger after I just paid it off. She of course drove off. They are still so nice there, shop is so clean! This is my dream car I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else! I’m SO happy with the work you guys did it looks great!! The best in the area! Justin is amazing thank you so much! We will never go anywhere else!
