Don’t take your car here u might not see it for half a year and still not done I still have to take it my self to get a sunroof cause he don’t glass work,...

Took six months for a simple repair then did a terrible job. Took extra money for parts and then used repired existing parts. Avoid this place since I later found out I am not alone in this experience.

I TOOK MY JEEP PATRIOT SO HE COULD INSTALLED HYDRAULICS VERY POOR JOB IT HAS BEEN A ROLLER COASTER WITH THIS MAN THE VEHICLE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND HE PROMISE TO COME PICK UP VEHICLE DUE TO IT LEAKS THE OIL FROM THE BACK LINES AND UNABLE TO USE MY CAR RIGHT NOW HAVE TO BE BORROWING OTHER PEOPLES CAR TO GET AROUND. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My husband was told he would have vechicle ready fast. Was able to get some of my stuff out. But left a bluetooth/microphone speaker ( forgot it) and a dog toy ( lamb chop) didnt realize it would be gone when i got my vechicle back. I guess he hires thieves. So surely would not recommend BBS Collision Center. Also was told getting new door ( that's where the other vechicle hit my car) looks like same door except for out side panel. Not too happy. If there were a minus star i would give it a Big Minus.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE. NICK TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE 4 MONTHS TO RESTORE OUR 75 FORD PICKUP. ALMOST 3 YEARS LATER WE FINALLY GOT IT HOME. THE WORK IS SO BAD, WE'LL BE TAKING IT TO HAVE WHAT HE DID FIXED. ORIGINAL QUOTE, $12,500.00 BEFORE WE COULD LEAVE WITH HE CHARGED ANOTHER $13,000.00 . NONE OF THE TRIM MATCHES UP, THE HOOD IS NOT ON CORRECTLY ETC. IT'S A VERY SHODDY JOB.

Horrible job! Had to pay more out of pocket for a job that was not even worth it. Got our car back with service lights on that were not on there when we took it and had nothing to do with what they were supposed to be fixing. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone . And if you ever run in with the "owner" Nick you should just go and take your car to Danny's Body Shop

Much to point out about this shop. Nick, the "Owner" will promise you anything to get a hold of your keys. Once he has them, good luck getting a hold of him. He gave us an out date and continued to lie to us when he couldnt get us the vehicle back. (Told my wife he couldn't take the car into the sun yet, told us he would meet us halfway to Midland to deliver us the vehicle.) Once it came time to meet up with him he dodged every one of our calls. So we drove to the shop ourselves only to discover everyone was gone for the day. We stayed the night in Odessa and received a call the next day from Nick claiming he didnt have his cell phone because he had to get it repaired (even if it were true he could have called and told us he couldnt get the vehicle back to us in the time promised to avoid an unnecessary drive). After dealing with the BS he was pulling, we see the car. Now here we go...There was overspray on the windshield, polishing compound all over the car (it only takes a few minutes to mask a car properly) nearly EVERY clip was broken on the body side weather strips. He burned the clear coat into the quarter panel in stead of removing tail lamps and dropping the bumper to wrap the quarter panel properly, (again it doesn't take much time to do these things) And after polishing the car for damn near an entire day there were still fish eyes and dirt nibs all over the roof. You are so much better off waiting for a good body shop to take care of your car. Unless you like subpar work and dishonest people. Awful experience to say the least.

Truly the worst body shop I have every dealt with. Incredibly unprofessional and unavailable. I was promised that my vehicle would be ready within a week but I took nearly 7 weeks even though the part came in within 2 days. Unfortunately, waiting wasn't even the worst part about it. I was borrowing a vehicle so after a few weeks I began calling daily to get updates on my vehicle. On the rare chance that someone answered the phone, the employees didn't know anything about my car. Most phone calls went to voicemail and those were never returned. I finally left a message requesting a full refund (labor had already been partially paid) and that finally lit a fire for them because I received a call by the end of that day that my vehicle was ready and could be picked up the next morning. By no surprise, it still took several days to catch anyone at the shop to give me my vehicle.

This guy from the bodyshop said my car was ready and what still didn't have headlights and the sunroof is still busted out because he said we would have to take it to Midland to some other dude who works on sun roofs the B _ S has had it since 06/2017! and now he says he's a body man NOT a glass guy but he managed to put in the windshield and back window after he said he had the sunroof was coming in last week i go today and my car is still not done it's here I have to drive it myself to Midland to a mad who can install a sun roof! there's still 2 dents in my car my seat is stained! he had to re place a head light and the other stayed looking older.. a easy fix I know.. but he didn't do it so sloppy don't take your car here I wouldn't recommend it!😠

Terrible place if i could give 0 stars i would owner never answered calls was always making excuses, always avoided us , said our vehicle was done and was still missing parts , headlight was still cracked even though insurance paid for a new one had to stay there until he fixed it, he had it there just would make excuses not to fix it , 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND not to mention took months to finish and didn’t even finish it cameras still didn’t work , made a bunch of excuses always please take your vehicle somewhere else! Worst place ever

Had to take my new 2022 Nissan Rogue back 4 times. Each time the work wasn’t done correctly and also caused more damage to various parts and paint. First time I picked it up he said he needed to do some light sanding and buffing to finish. The vehicle was full of sanding dust and cat paw prints throughout the entire vehicle. Also someone had broken the handle to the seat adjustment switch. Sent me home with a screw in my tire that was going flat, had to have it repaired at Discount tire on the way home. Each time he made nothing but excuses . After picking it up the 4th time I told him I would not be bringing it back to him. I am currently filing a small claims suit to recover payment so that I can have it repaired properly. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even someone I don’t like. Beware and don’t take your vehicle here.

Would not take your rides there. Took my 2023 infinity in for some hail damage and my car came out worse scuffed paint all over. Took it back and all I heard was lies. But he had collected money already. Took him 7 months and my car looks like crap.

I recommend this body shop and its owner Nick. They do an excellent job and work with you and the insurance company to get your vehicle repairs done timely.
