$35 to switch out 2 tires size 16 ..remove old and add new. I brought 2 tires on the back bed of my truck. Now these days tire shops try charge u arm and a leg...i be coming here for now on

WORST SHOP IN WEST ODESSA , we took our Cadillac to get the tires changed and they popped our airbags underneath our tire and didn’t want to pay to get them fixed .we called cops and the people who were working didn’t want to help out till cops showed up . They said to get ahold of owner to see if we can come to an agreement and when we called the owner and told him the issue he said he will just give us $100 knowing to replace it is $1500 and he said he’s used to this and he doesn’t care if we take him to court . So with that being said The owner is trash and didn’t want to work things out and was very rude over the phone as well and could have handled the situation professionally like what a good business should have done because apparently this is nothing new to them . This could have all went according if there workers knew where to properly place a pump jack . And now we will be taking this to court

I called and they answered right away. The gentleman was very courteous and said he would be open until 7. I was close by and knew I would make it in time. He didn't hesitate to ask me to call him back if I had any trouble and needed help. Now that's great customer service. I arrived in no time and was greeted right away. They did not waste time getting the jack under the car and getting it fixed right away. The price was good as well. I highly recommend you give these guys a call if your in a bind with a flat tire or have a nail in it with a slow leak. They will happily get you fixed up in a few. Gracias amigos at B&G.
