Do NOT recommend! My husband walked in being notified he had his credit card on file and was given a choice of wheels and got the yes everything was a go. They installed the tires and then notified us the card didn’t go through, they insisted we called and THEN remembered it was closed on Sundays. They also failed to mention or check the change of card policies and card you all updated. So we had to proceed to uninstall the tires and had a charge of $267 for 8 X installing and reinstalling of tires and other services we did not confirm (tire pressure, vehicle inspection, service kits ). The Manager on floor who helped us named Christian was no help and very unprofessional in every aspect. Would rate this no stars if possible.

Do not, I repeat, do not go to this place! These people put my life in danger as they did a lousy job replacing my back breaks. Not only they were negligent replacing the breaks but when I had to take my car to another Firestone shop they did not respect the warranty, alleging that the car was touched by a third party in between (in this case, the dealership agency).I took it to the dealership because I didn´t know that the problem was the breaks in the first place!!! So I had to pay for the tow, for the diagnose at the dealership and a complete repair of the breaks after their lousy work. They even questioned me why was the dealership so close to the second Firestone agency. These people are bad. Their work ethics suck and the leadership are worse. I made a claim and went through all official corporate channels and I was dismissed. And now they ask me to send them another email through their bureaucratic nightmarish labyrinth. Never again.

WORSE experience ever, I took my car there for alignment, rotation and new tires, took them more than a week for that and they didn’t even do the alignment till the day I went there to pick it up and they never call me to give feedback about the status of car, even it supposed to it had to be done the same day… because for some reason they, yes they, without my approval decided to move some stuff of the transmission and now my car isn’t working as it was… they kept saying the car will be ready next day and next day and that day came up after more than a week… I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, go to the one at Midland even if it take you more time it will worth it!!

0 stars if I could. Booked an appointment to have a full service done on my father in laws truck and it sat for a week at the shop. Got it back with low tire pressures, check engine light still on and a new dent on the passenger side. Supposedly the shop inside and out do not have cameras. The worse service we have ever received.

Quite frankly the worst service ever at first with manager Brendon on whom I spoke over the phone with and met when I went to drop my truck off with seemed promising at first. He was very professional stand up fellow? I was sure my tire installation was going to be quick and easy with no problem ? Little did I know I was being somewhat catfished with Brendon’s professionalism I dropped my truck off at around 3 and they were not busy at all keep in mind I’m a heavy duty mechanic and can change out all 10 tires 24.5 by hand no machines in a little under 2 hrs ? I got there 6:20 and the truck was still in the air not done waited another 30 minutes before there were done got my keys went to take a look at my new tires checked my spare because I had specifically asked Brendon if he could put my spare tire back and it was not there so I went and asked the office lady that was there about my spare and she went back asked and apparently they had forgotten to put it back ? So I had to wait till they put it backed when I noticed my ball hitch was missing and I asked the gentleman to please retrieve my ball hitch there was no reason ever to take it off ? He looked at me with a puzzled fase like I wouldn’t notice? He said immediately he never saw it ? It was a custom hitch with a hook and a 2-5/16 ball a 1-7/8 ball and a 2” ball with a built in hook for pulling and a undersized adapter to fit it in as it’s HD ? I’ve called and have gotten no were with them they say the same thing they never saw it keep in mind right before going I pulled my Rv so I no it was there it had fresh marks were it had got taken ? So I give them a really big thumbs down they stole my hitch and I’m sure they wanted to take my spare tire if I hadn't said anything. I won’t be going back there any more to thieves & liars no sir what has happened to the pride in our workmen ship shame on them !! 🤬😤😕😒

Showed up at 25 minutes until 7:00 and the girl inside refused to sell me a tire and have it mounted. So if you are going to stop serving customers before 7:00 y'all need to change your business hours!!

Unfortunately, my experience at Firestone was disappointing. I called in with a simple question about finding the OEM tire size for my truck and was put on hold for quite a while. When I finally got through, the receptionist’s response was simply, “What?”—not exactly the level of professionalism I expected. There was little effort in helping me find the specific tire I was looking for, and overall, the customer service felt indifferent. After this experience, I decided to go to Discount Tire, where I was met with knowledgeable and helpful staff who made the process quick and easy. Safe to say, I won’t be returning to Firestone anytime soon.

ZERO STARS! Customer service is 😖 awful! I started speaking and before I could finish, I was hung up on. Very very unprofessional. All i was asking for was to get air in my tire. The employee who was asking what I needed was just standing there and told me to wait in line. I have been a customer for 20 yrs and have never been disrespected that way. Usually, everyone is so friendly and accommodating

So I dropped off my truck for four new tires and a oil change. $1,400, on Monday 6/09/25. When I got my truck the maintenance for the oil on the truck was not reset. The TPMS had not been reset. Then when I get home, though I was charge for 8.5 quarts, I found out I did not have the right amount of oil put in my truck. So I call the store and talked to Marisol and she told me to bring it back in while interrupting me the entire time while trying to explain. So I brought it back in the next day after the service like we had discussed, however when I got there she said she could not help me because I can in at 5:45 PM. They don't close until 7 PM yet, the current customers are more important than the ones that didn't get the right amount of oil in their truck the day before. I came there a few weeks ago for my wife's flat and Brendan was awesome, and that's why I came back. Marisol told me to come back tomorrow yet I will be out of town until 6/16/25/. I'll come back for that and no more. I have a video if FireStone would like to see it.

I came in and I just bought a car I had a flat they tried everything but there were hub locks on them but no key! Rudy and Tony were wonderful they could not help me but work so hard! I called and talked with Allen and he was so helpful when I wanted to speak with Claudia the Manager who will give them all a big hug for me! I went in for brakes service dropped it off at 7:30AM with an appointment at 8:00am. Got told “the guy who does the job gets there at 9:00am. What’s the point of having a freaking appointment at 8AM!!?A WHOLE SHIFT! took them from 9:00AM to1:45pm ONLY to run an inspection…I had to call to check on it around 12:40pm the guy was in the process of inspecting got told to wait they called an hour later…Told me what it needed, how much and that it would take 3hrs…After waiting 4 freaking hours and that I had to wait 3 more, I declined the service. $300 for labor is crazy with that service.$400 for brake pads and shoes when I ordered the original pieces for $120 is crazier.Even tho I was willing to pay the company’s prices I declined for the bad service and disgusting delay. I picked up my car and it took 25 mins for a guy to come to the front. I was late for school dismissal….. OH and they’re 3 weeks behind to check an engine which I also needed.Nice, $1000 lost and a customer.

Given 2 hour estimate. Called 4 hours after drop off and told it be ready in 1 maybe 2. Went back to location and was told car was never pulled in maybe another 2 hours. Total of 7 hours to balance and rotate tires

This place with rip you off. Needed new brakes rotors on front. But they said I needed them on back and I knew I didn’t. Refused to put brakes pads on back because I refused new rotors on rear. Just looked at my rear rotors and they good as new and still have 3/4 pads remaining on rear. Didn’t need either pads on rotors on rear. Quoting OEM standards and refused to put pads on rear that I didn’t need anyway. Don’t send your wife or grandmaw there unless they rich and want to donate. I wasn’t that dumb .
