As a mechanic I purchase parts from here often, however they didn't want to refund my money for an extra item that was on my receipt that I never bought. Now I know why my shop goes to other parts stores first and uses O'Reillys as a last resort.

If you ever have to deal with Annie the asst manager good luck lol I think this person just picked up a promotion and it went to her head. Rude service and no greetings from this individual. My experience here with others have been good. But seriously I rather go to autozone when this one’s in charge 😂

I don't know what it is with O'Reilly's lot of the employees don't wanna work when I showed up. There was a lady just sitting there. I had to ask the gentleman to ask her if she's open then she finally takes me. I had to check a battery . The employees were a little better when I picked up, but still, there's no printout saying the batteries bad I don't know if they're out of printer paper. no call they said it would take an hour or two or three and I got no call and I showed up an hour later and they said it was finished. I hope you guys can fix this process.
