Wouldn’t give the any stars. They are ridiculous in their service. Ordered a part, and wanted to install it a month later. Service person missed the appt and they kept pushing me back for 2 months later!! Horrible service!! Go anywhere else!!

I did not get a call and our camera does not show anyone dropping by. Yet the technician marked task as completed. This is dishonest.

The technician was fine although he did show up a little over a hr and a half late. The build up of the company getting to my home was terrible. I couldn't get a human on their customer service line to save my life. On at least 6 different occasions my appointment was reset by the company. My home service even reached out to see what was going on and setup 2 appointments, in which they didn't show up for. It took 2 months and several days of getting someone to be at my home for them to fix what took the tech less than 15 mins to do. Initially on the first appointment my refrigerator was fixed. I was having a problem with the ice maker. Within less than a month I am having the same problem again. Overall I wouldn't recommend the company here in this location.

Service tech NEVER SHOWED UP AND CLOSED THE WORKORDER!! Called customer service immediately to try and get the technician on the phone in hopes of getting him to my residence because the 1st service request scheduled for August 5th, that technician, did show up but also "closed" the workorder with no resolve making me have to schedule this appointment 08/17/24, brings us to today, and todays technician never showed but was able to invoice me and close the workorder with another NO RESOLVE!! . Now, I have no option but to make another appointment, and of course, that isn't available until SEPTEMBER 18TH!! I've been paying for this home warranty service since we got the machines, (almost 10 years) never had to use it and now that I need to use it, it is not helping me. I am extremely disappointed! This technician did not do his due diligence. It was well past the 5 p.m. so I guess he just wanted to end the day. I am giving no stars but it won't let me post without, so I am only giving 1 star. Very unhappy customer 😕

Ralph the technician was great! He was knowledgeable and repaired the washer with no problems. The call center was awful. I was given the run around with what I was told. It took almost a month to get someone out here to repair my washer. They kept cancelling and rescheduling/delaying my appointment. We asked to speak with someone locally when this wasn't resolved and was told we could only speak to the call center in India (?).

This has to be a joke. The technician has never showed up . Six appointments they text and say they are arriving between 8-5 on a specific day and never show up. They claim you aren’t home which is bs because I have cameras. Then you stay on the phone countless hours to be transferred over and over again to simply be rescheduled AGAIN. This has been going on for almost two months. I honestly wish there was a negative star!!!

I have been waiting for someone to come fix my dryer but no one has showed up. My appointment keeps getting rescheduled since may and today someone was supposed to come by and no one showed up (again for like the millionth time). Then I receive a message not too long ago talking about "Thank you for using Sears Home Services. Please rate your technician on a scale of 1 to 5" what?! No one even showed up or called. This is absurd.

He knew his repair service very well. Called when almost time to arrive. Fast, efficient, and courteous. Washer works as well as it ever has. Took a very long time to arrange service, but the fault wasn't the repairman.

The technician damaged my dryer. We had had a technician come in prior that had ordered the parts. This other guy came in, trying to put it on damaged my dryer, and then said that the item they received was damaged if the item that was received was damaged it was because he damaged it because there was nothing wrong with the box. This guy has not a clue what he’s doing and now he’s saying that it is not covered under my warranty. Somebody needs to be liable for the damage that is now onto my Dryer. And now he’s saying that it is not covered under warranty that’s ridiculous. How about all the damage that is now to my dryer somebody needs to contact me before I seek a lawyer.
