Not worth the trouble… I took my Range Rover HSE there to replace a heater core… it took entirely too long. I was quoted a wk and it was an ordeal that took a over a month after having to take the vehicle back 3 times. First AC was not blowing after their work, then car heated up and the had to repair again. Winston blamed it on a bad part that they received. 3rd time around heater core was replaced and it worked fine along with ac but my navigation system no longer turns on and radio volume stays at one level. Now Winston tells me that he is not sure that he can get any of his guys to work on car yes heater core is leaking again, navigation is still not working and radio can not be turned up or down. Not worth the problem and these guys are by no means European Car Experts as they claim to be.

I called Weymouth on a Friday and explained my situation with my 2005 Landrover LR3 SE. Things seemed promising. I had read good things and they staff seemed nice. We set and appointment for Tuesday (my one day off during the week) so I could come in, have it looked at on the rack and we could make a decision as to what we wanted to do. I got there on Tuesday and was treated as though I had interrupted their break time. All 6 employees where sitting at a table eating an early lunch. I explained that I had an appointment to have my car looked at, and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I sat down at their table and wrote out a list of things that I needed to have looked at. As an educated consumer I was prepared to talk about the issues my car was facing and had an idea of what kind of costs it would incur. This did not matter to them, I was posed with questions such as "What Mexican convinced you to buy that car off of their lot?" and "What possessed you to want a Landrover?" I was shocked, there was little talk of business and instead they were questioning why I owned my car at all. I was then told that I could bring the car in a few days later and that they could look at it then. No thank you. I will not be returning to Weymouth regardless of their reputation as a outstanding import independant mechanic.

If you want your vehicle within a couple of days hell even a couple of months don’t go here. My boyfriend was told that they could get it done quick and it stayed in the same spot for over three months. It was left with only one problem and once we got it towed to a actual mechanic we found several other problems. Like it not starting from them just letting it be there without starting it at all. They constantly put other people before and never answer phone calls, they also always close the doors super early so they never truly get a lot of work done. It’s a very unprofessional place. Please take your business elsewhere.

I took my vehicle there in January 2023 to have the transmission fixed. First I was quoted a fair price and then I was told my VIN number was wrong because they screwed up and ordered a transmission that was for a standard transmission, which is in no way my fault. Then I was given another price a little over twice as much when the right transmission was finally ordered which also was a refurbished transmission so don’t know why it would cost more than a new one. Was told it would have a lifetime warranty because of this. Didn’t get car back until April 2023. Transmission started acting up again in January 2025. I called Weymouth and was told he just bought the company a couple of years ago so any existing warranty’s would not be honored. Called back and asked if Andy Wilabay owns Weymouth and was told Yes. When I asked about the warranty I was told no there was no lifetime warranty. It was printed on my receipt also.
