Javier el dueño cobra mucho más caro que otros talleres, es muy incumplido y mentiroso. 3 meces tubo mi camioneta y no la arreglo y todavía me me quería cobrar $1400 por una pieza que compro que bale $400. lleve mi camioneta manejando y me la tuve que llevar en Grua fuera de su taller . Busque a otro mecánico y en un día tenia lista mi camioneta y solo me cobro $350.

PEEESIMOOOOO Me cobraron 5,088 y me dejó mi jeep fatal, me dio una garantía de 12 meces y nunca contesta el teléfono, vamos a tener que reemplazar el motor porque este señor no hizo bien su trabajo! Pero sí muy bueno para cobrar!

They messed my car up I'm broke down on the side of the road with my car running hot when I've never had these problems before I went to get my front crankshaft seal and they took my timing belt and water pump apart and didn't attach the hose and it ran hot my power steering is messed up when before I let them work on it it worked fine they charged me and my old man 750 dollars to tear my car up I'm taking my car back to them and if they dont fix whT they messed up I'm sewing

Dont come here unless you want them to diagnose your car then mess everything up and try to charge you to fix what they messed up very unprofessional service and doesnt seem like they know what they are doing and charges more than known places like premier just to tell you whats wrong with your vehicle your looking at spending 360 just for 3 hours of them finding what the problem is and with that they can take their time and spend days and charge you for it and by the time you figure out anything you would already have a 3,000$ bill before the problem can even be fixed dont go here unless you want to end up in jail for assualt or worse i recommend Mj Automotive ismael does great work for an affordable price.

Javier and his crew are always so amazing and helpful. It's so hard to find good trustworthy mechanics out in west Texas but they always have been my go to. I will continue to bring any vehicle we have to this place if ever we encounter any issues. I know they will be able to help out and am so grateful to have discovered this place. I will continue to send as many people their way because I know how awful it is when you can't rely on your car service and Advanced has not let me down. Thank yall!

It took them 8 days to get back to me on the vehicles issue. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When the vehicle was finally fixed things were missing out of the vehicle. Would not recommend this shop.

If I could give a negative stars I would!! This shop is extremely unprofessional no sense of time management nor even answering their phones and communicating with their customers! Our truck was in this shop for over a month they answered our calls the first 3 days then after that ghosted us! We then got irritated and called another mechanics in the area to go pick it up! When he got there they had no idea what truck he was talking about! Thank god he went to the back of their shop and found our truck half way taken apart!!! Nobody knew anything about what was going on with the truck we were missing half of what was under the hood and it was scattered all through the shop!!! Then come to find out that mechanic had to get a truck from their previously that had been sitting there for 4 YEARS!!!!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE and super fast AND excellant job...Its never a perfect scenario to just DROP IN on a SuperBusy Garage...but as a "Gypsy onaJourney', with a gibbled hood latch...I NEEDED HELP and I got it same day. Oh BTW, Holiday hours are nasty ANYhow..
