Really bad customer service by the owner didn't even let me finish explaining what I needed. I asked the 1 guy other than the owner working there where were the other guys and said they had quit because they couldnt stand the owner talking down on them he said he had to stay because of the covid situation (I don't blame them). This place used to be my go to but not anymore.

Horrible customer service i had my exhaust done owner said the price was going to be around $150 they had a horrible welds on the exhaust with multiple holes on the welds and price came out to over 250 10/10 would not recommend

Dont use charged me 200 to change tires and balance .... but did not balance tires. Went back to have them balance tires they tried charging me lol lol and accused me of lying !!!! To bad for them cause I need 6 new tires soon they lost 1600 to try and make 40 dollars on a balance job lol short sighted crooks will only use odessa tire from now on great people over there still have to go to Odessa tire to have my tires balanced have them 2 chances could not stop drooling to do there job.

They welded my friend exhaust backwards and the hanger broke off and left the exhaust all loose had take it else were ro get fixed don't go for your exhaust work not worth the money or time waiting

I had two brand new tires and I needed installation.. I parked right in front and waited for a little bit but I didn't see anybody outside so I looked inside and the guys were sitting down maybe taking a break? After I explained what I needed the guy asked me if I could just leave the car because it would take about an hour since they were about to take a lunch break.. I had my daughter with me and it was over 100° outside so obviously I didn't like that idea!. But I really needed the job done!.. I decided to ask how much would it cost me since the guy never told me in the beginning, he said it would be $35 per tire which it would cost me $70 for both.. I've done this plenty of times in the past and I have never paid more than $20 for a tire installation so $35 sounded over priced so I decided to look for another option and soon I found another tire shop they got the job done in less than 20 minutes and charged me $30 for both tires!!. So I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! (Poor customer service and cost of their service is higher than the average) If you do go there make sure you ask for the price before they start working on your car!!!.

The Son N Dad does really good work, service is great. I read some of the comments, I disagree on the negative post, customer service is great, I had exhaust work done twice there never had any issues, the welding is great, really nice people.. They will take on some challenging exhaust work, my muffler in the picture was one.

This dudes tweaked out. First time I went there around 11 am he had a car on the lift and he said he was done for the day. Second time he tried to charge me $336 plus tax (can’t tax labor) to install a direct fit muffler that I provided and replace a 12” resonator with a piece of pipe. 30 minutes worth of work. No wonder I never see any cars there. We gonna follow up on the taxing labor situation.
