Do not take your here! I was told that they could try to fix my bumper or wait on a new part to come in. I was in no rush, so I said we can wait on the he front bumper. They said it would be a month, I told them I had another car to drive. Then the part got delayed, then it got delayed again and again and so on. To the point where they thought it best to just fix the front bumper themselves. They “guaranteed” their work and said if it was an issue they could fix it. Literally a week after driving it part of the bumper falls off, I called about making an appointment to have the lady on the phone mention that they never even fixed it. I told her I it was obviously worked on and I had paperwork and a voicemail from a mechanic. I just ended up dropping it because it was obvious they never even ordered the part in the first place and their intention was to do subpar work despite my patience to get it done right. I came here because they are USAA approved place, so if you are a veteran or dependent with USAA go elsewhere. They just want to get a quote from your insurance and do a subpar job.

This is a wonderful center in Odessa. I would highly recommend you get your car fixed by them. I didn't get my vehicle fixed here but my sibling did. And it was such a wonderful experience from the time of setting up an appointment to driving away. This company got the work done fast, provided great communication, and their facilities are very clean. I had gone through another business and it was not the same experience. Definitely try Caliber Collision!! I'd rate a solid 4!

Caliber collision on 45th St. has disappointed really disappointed me. It’s saddens me because the guy who worked on it. Josh was great, but what saddens me is that after picking up my vehicle, they had mentioned that my battery was not charging right after having my car a few weeks later just to repair the bumper and the hood so when I picked it up, they had mentioned that the key fob had broken, which led them. I guess to try to reprogram it, whoever they had reprogram the key did not work. Start my car because they triple charge my battery when I came home thank God I got home safe but when I got home and left me stranded😩🥲 one thing led to another so I called them and they said that it might be the battery so I got a mechanic out. He said OK well, let’s get a new battery. No codes were showing or nothing so we put in a new battery, it wasn’t that he noticed that there was no pressure from the fuel pump coming through. We ordered a new fuel pump.🤦🏼♀️ so he put in the new fuel pump and still did not work so with all this stress going on it’s been a week already with my vehicle not working. I couldn’t get my kids to school. I couldn’t get to where I need to be caused a lot of physical and emotional wreck asking for rides for my kids and to get around, find me a collision center, and I had some stuff up. There was a light signal on my dash with the wheel and explanation mark so I told me you had something to do with the EPS system which led to the antitheft system, the mobilizer disabled my fuel pump, which causes the battery to lose charge😩😔 at this point I didn’t know what to do so I told him hey you guys need to call someone to come and try to fix it get a loan I already have put in money towards the towing mechanic which was 400 bucks labor and everything so I told him let me find someone that reprograms the key because it’s not reading the key key programmer said it was unmatched so he ordered a new key so the new key came in reprogramming the key the car started right up no more signal on the dashboard. Nothing the car has been good since then no problems no issues nothing but what saddens me the most is that wasn’t to get reimbursed after three mechanics checking it the towing labor the fuel pump the battery caliber collision fill me, and my kids to reimburse me what I asked for to be reimbursed back to me saying that it had nothing to do with the key programming the fuel pump and the battery but all three mechanics and the reprogram key guy told me that he did it’s an immobilizer that the Car if you don’t have the correct key programmed to the Toyota Camry 2015 they wanted to reimburse me only $50 for the towing which I don’t understand why if they’re willing to reimburse $50 for the towing why not reimburse me for everything that I had to go through and replacing the battery and the fuel pump at least not even for the rides. I’m 100 bucks for paying three people to give us rides back-and-forth. My kids have band and activity. It was really emotional wreck and I wish this on no one. just keep your eyes open with everything I don’t know if it’s just let me take advantage of a woman, thinking that she was not gonna know much. Or any better I don’t know, but I pray no one will go through this and hope that caliber collision will be better for the future for future customers that go to them🙏😥😥

Brought my 2022 RAV4 in for some hail damage repair, they fixed the hail damage but left the interior a complete mess , with black finger prints and bondo dust throughout the vehicle. My interior is a light grey so it’s pretty much ruined.
