If I could give these guys none I would. Ripping elderly ladies off. Shame on you Firestone. When you tell somebody you can do a job for them then they drop their car off and you do everything but that then charge them then tell them you don’t have the right tools to do the job??? Are you serious? Then charge them saying you looked at it. We already knew what it needed you agreed you could do it. My mother is elderly. How dare you. If you are elderly, be careful with these guys they are a joke and a rip off. What a bunch of scammers! Do not use them. Just aweful. Just called Bill Williams in midland and the nice gentleman told me they cannot do my mommas Cadillac because it has the lane changing sensors it will have to be taken to the Cadillac house. Now why couldn’t you just tell my elderly mother on the phone the same thing Firestone????? Why did you tell my momma on the phone you could do it we drop it off and you keep it for hours and charge her just to tell her you don’t have the right tools????? Because you are trying to squeeze and dollar you can out of innocent and the elderly. I can’t believe your stores still stand today. People go to Bill Williams. There you will find truly trustworthy people that aren’t taking advantage of who you are and your disability. They deserve no stars. It upsets me I had to give 1 just so I could warn people. I think that’s wrong too.

Whish I would have looked at reviews before taking my vehicle here. Because the reviews is exactly what they said! I took my truck here for an exhaust issue $2400 dollars later I pick up truck as soon as I left herd same noise turnt around and went back they claimed we will check it out this is on Sunday. Monday comes after calling several times they waiting to get more parts. Tuesday had to call more than once for them to tell me parts didn't come in. Wednesday morning called them they wanted me to come ride with them to verify issue. I did. They said that parts was gone be they Thursday. Thursday I called after several calls and being put on hold to finding out parts didn't come again I told them if they don't come Friday I am coming to get my truck. Believe it or not Friday morning they call me ! The parts are here truck will be ready by lunch! 1pm I get a call from them the wrong parts came. I told them I coming to get my truck! And that what I didn't and i won't be back!! And advise anyone else to stay away!

I live out of state and needed to help my son get his pickup diagnosed and repaired. This shop did NOTHING for three weeks! After numerous broken agreements, He picked it up to take it elsewhere. We will NEVER go back. Good luck if you take your vehicle there!

Absolutely worse tire shop i have been to! Called them up to find a set of tires guy tells me they have a set i ask him if they would be able to put them on that same day cause it was already later in the day the guy says yes it should not be a problem he can get me in right away. I showed up at 5pm they closed at 7pm the guy tells me they have an oil change ahead of me but my car is next, cool. 2 hours later 5 min before closing time they still havnt started on my car and the guy tells me that the tech said my was gonna take longer than expected and asked if I didn't mind waiting another hour I said ok I need the tires put on so I will wait. The guy comes back 5min later says the tech can only do the tires on the back because they can't lift my car with the car lift. I asked him if he had floor jacks he said yea I asked him if he wanted me to come out there and show them how to jack it up he said yea so I went in the show to show the tire shop guys how to jack up my car then this guy tells me he has to call his boss. He goes and calls his boss then comes back 10 mins later to tell me they can't do it at all now because he let me come in the shop.... not 1 person in that shop that day should be working in any shop especially the tech its crazy that he couldnt jack up a car and change tires should have been fired on the spot. I won't ever go back and will make sure anyone i talk to knows not to go there!

Called to see if i can get an appointment, they said I had an “appointment” at 9:30, i get there before 9:30, they said there was a giy in front of me so it would be 1 hour before they could put me in, waited till 10:45, and asked them how much longer before they put my truck in, all they could say was i was next, waited little bit longer and they still couldn’t pull my truck in. Grabbed my keys and left, do not recommend coming here

I dropped my truck off at noon they said it would be about an hour and a half .. went to eat went to Walmart and went back . Still not even touched.. so I give them the benefit of the doubt.. okay cool they said it would be brought back within 20 min .. cool they brought it around and then one of the techs comes in and says the one that's supposed to be working on it wants to wait for another tech so it's going to be at least another 30 minutes before it even get started on.... Cool whatever...I wait.. I wait.. come 4:00 My truck is finally done and I only got three tires.. I would not recommend coming here..especially if your a woman. They will acknowledge the male customers before even acknowledgeing the fact that you walked in. I'm only giving it one star because there was one employee in that entire building that was polite to me.. i wish I would have gotten his name.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for years and have never had a bad experience until recently. I brought my car in on Aug 17,2025 to have my front tires checked for warranty coverage. Instead of explaining whether they qualified, the shop went ahead and replaced both tires without my authorization. I was originally billed over $800, and only after pushing back did the labor fees get removed, bringing the bill to $630. After contacting corporate, I did eventually receive a partial refund of $451, which I appreciate. However, the way the store manager handled everything was very disappointing. He promised to call me about my refund but didn’t follow up until I choose to call and see if he was able to speak to his higher ups. After 30 mins or so of hanging up he called me to ask how long it would take me to get there, as if I was inconveniencing him. That’s not how a loyal customer should be treated. To make matters worse, nothing about my car’s other needs was explained to me unless I specifically asked. For example, I later learned my master cylinder fluid was low, but this was never mentioned at checkout. As a customer, that’s crucial information I should not have to pull out of a technician. To be clear I’m not upset about the refund itself. My issue is with the lack of communication, poor customer service, and the way this situation was handled from start to finish. Customers should be fully informed before any work is done, especially when it involves hundreds of dollars or safety-related issues. Firestone corporate was responsive, I was told an area manger would contact me haven't heard from them yet. But I hope this review helps ensure that this location improves how they communicate with and treat their customers.

Do not take ur vehicle here. Took my truck in for new tires and oil change. After paying over 2300 found out they broke my wheels and didn't even say anything when we picked the truck up and didn't put a sticker for oil change or inform me of the milage at the time of oil being changed. Hopefully they make it right but replacing the 2 wheels they broke is around 3 grand and I doubt they do

My husband took his truck in to get 4 new tires, they said it would only take an hour. It took 4 hours!!!! And to top it off they didn’t even align the tires, took it back and they said that was extra!!! My husband told the guy we spent 1400 and you don’t align the tires???? Needless to say we will take it somewhere else because we definitely will not pay them another penny!!! I rated them one star but they don’t even deserve that! Wish I had read the reviews before taking the truck there, you have a lot of bad reviews!!!

Terrible experience. I came in for a simple brake pad replacement and oil change. All the mechanics are lazy playing on their phones instead of doing work. Brakes and oil change should take 2 hours maximum time. Never will use this shop again. Oh and to top it off 7am is when they open but the mechanics don’t show up till almost 9. That’s just lazy.

First and last time I visit Firestone. I went in to get my driver side tire patched. Once technician removed tire. He mentioned that tire couldn’t be patched due to being close to tire side wall ( which it was not ) and I was being offered a in house brand tire for 149.99 dollars plus tax. I declined offer and had them put tire back on and went to a different tire shop and got it fixed with no issues. I ask the person at 2nd tire shop if it was close to the side wall and he said no. So Firestone workers wanted to turn a simple $25 dollar repair into a $162.36 tire replacement! Good thing I said no and went to a different tire shop for 2nd opinion.
