Poor selection of products and horrible staff. The 3 women cashiers just stood there gossiping insteading helping me and the multiple other customers in line. Very rude and they didn't even acknowledge the line of people for over 7 minutes

I went in to get my car checked and I understand it gets busy so I patiently waited. My battery ended up needing to be replaced but being that I got it from autozone it still had warranty. The cashier told me I had to take out my battery, so I did. only to find out they didn’t even have it in-stock. I’m waiting for over an hour at this store for them to fix my warranty receipt and get my battery back on. The frustration As they helped everyone else coming in and out and I’m in front of the line waiting.

Staff is kinda rude and not attentive. Went in to go buy some gloves and I chose a few that were supposedly on sale but nope, they were all just disorganized and way too pricey. The guy selling them just seem like he didn't want to be there. I guess that's better than the girl on the phone that completely ignored the customers...

The cashier and floor salesman were very considerate. The problem was the choices of windshield wiper fluid were very limited. The fluid they had available is very destructive to wipers in West Texas sun.

Stood at the regester for over 5 minutes while the workers walked by finaly a woman walked to the other register and helped the man behind me I would have walked out but couldnt leave without the part. I will not go back again

This is the first time I have had a bad experience. Managers who were just chatting said they can't take a card over the phone, which they can use to work for AutoZone.

My check engine light went on and I didn't know what to do. I called AutoZone and spoke with Jason. He calmed me down and suggested that I stop by to check the error code. He determined that it was an emissions sensor which I will address with my mechanic next chance. We also discussed code readers that AutoZone sells which I will purchase... from AutoZone. Best service I've received in a long time!

I would love to give a shout out to lIsaiah and francisco, they went over and beyond. I know it might be an easy fix for a Rear wiper but It was a challenge I wasn't able to get it off, Isaiah helped us after I told him not worry about it because it was hard and he still mange to watch a YouTube and try to match the wiper. Francisco on the other hand helped me with a battery. They had patience with my aunt and I am proud to say Autozone has a great customer service.

While visiting this location i encountered one of the best customer service i have in a very long time. The lady working counter was very friendly and helped me find some JB weld i needed for my husband. Lady was very patient with me as i didn’t know what that even was. Will definitely come back to this location for any other assistance in the near future.
