Took my Tahoe for an oil change and an air filter. Very professional, very knowledgeable. They even performed a full leak check of my vehicle and allowed me to view the dipstick after the oil change was complete to confirm that it was actually filled properly.

Took truck in yesterday 11/8/24 for service. Guys made a big mess leaving a pool of oil on engine cover and all over the front not to mention oil leaking from where they removed the filter. Didnt even bother to clean or wipe it down

Christian was very professional and helpful. He tried very hard to check my cabin filter (which on my car is a pain to get to) the very last screw was stripped and he was unable to get to it, but he sure did try and never complained! Everyone was very nice and seemed happy to be there!

I went to the Take 5 on Grandview.. they didn't have the filter or oil for my car . So they called another store that wAs on Andrews hwy .. that was the worst store I have ever experienced.. I waited 38 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me . Then they told me to pull up .. and I waited another 25 minutes before they done anything to my car . They were rude . Didn't even ask if I wanted a water bottle..they never checked my air filter.. windshield fluid. Or even checked the air in my tires .. but yet they still wanted. My 124.00. I will. Never use them again. Or recommend them to anyone. Plus the mgr has never called me back . And this was Sunday.. today is Wednesday.. sad management. And staff

I normally have a great experience every time I go but this time wasn’t so great. They forgot to put 2 of my caps on after checking my fluids on my truck and when I when back with my car now my car struggles to turn which has never happened since I’ve had my car.

The manager Sebastian was extremely nice, offered water and explain everything to me. The technicians worked fast and did a great job. Even offered to come anytime I needed to check the tire pressure for free. Amazing job.

On a previous service at Take 5 i will just say it was not good and I was hesitant about going back to another one. Customer service was great, all the guys were friendly. However my air filter wasn’t checked and neither were my tires. I had to ask for my windshield fluid to be topped off. These are services that are supposed to be included in a oil change and they check the boxes and say they were checked however they were not.

Sadly not the best experience getting oil change everything was good till i here a tapping sound while i was driving. access panel wasn’t put back on. Went up there get it fixed and make sure it wasn’t leaking any oil and the person that serviced my vehicle said sorry I still have all the screws on my magnetic strip. I wish I would at least got a call back to get it fixed before I came all the way to the other side of town.

They ran my truck (chevy Silverado turbo 2022) without oil Twice before they found out then lied to me saying they just needed to top it off then proceeded to put all the oil it needed but it started throwing white smoke out of the back and check engine came out, then they tried saying a "SENSOR" messed up because they ran it without oil 2 times a "SENSOR" then they told me the owner or boss of the shop told me to drive off with it or they can get a tow truck to tow it for me to my hotel (im from houston tx im only here for work) so i said no because they messed up my truck im not touching or driving it and they tried blaming it on me saying "we dont know if it was already messed up or it was going to mess up soon" they tried blaming the white smoke coming out of the exhaust on "condensation" but obviously it wasn't doing it before they ran it twice with no oil and the check engine light turned on after they ran it twice with no oil. The owner was trying to get me to just drive off in my truck to wash his hands until i asked for the video footage thats when they said they would submit a claim i was there from 1pm to 5:30 pm then they lied to me saying they would tow it to a chevy dealership and towed it to a 2 star rating shop but i found that out after the tow truck driver already had the truck lifted he's the one who told me about it.. they had promised me a loner vehicle so i can get by till my truck was ready then they said sorry they just closed right now you will have to wait till tomorrow like i wasn't there from 1pm-5:30 pm they had plenty of time to get it done but anyways they promised to get me one again today but i never got no call or anything so i called them and they said "sorry we cant do anything until Monday" now im stuck here in a hotel with no transportation and a risk of losing my job 8 hours away from home while my truck is in a shady 2 star shop when i had asked for it to be taken to a chevy dealer but i recorded every conversation of all the fake promises and them admitting to running my truck without oil twice and it turned the check engine on after and the white smoke happening after i have all conversations recorded as well as pictures and videos of everything from the owner telling them to tell me they cant do anything about it to lying about sending it to chevy and the loaner car and trying to ge me to drive off with it to take the responsibility from their hands.. im here in the dark i was provided with no number to call or reach out but i do not want my truck to be "fixed" or "checked" by a shady 2 star mechanic. My truck was good from factory and i want my truck to remain factory not no shady dealer magic or engine replacement so it can mess up on me a few weeks or months down the line if anyone wants the video proof and conversations please let me know i have all 4 hours and 30 minutes worth

I paid for the oil changes at all American Chevy here in Odessa. I pulled up and there was 12 vehicles already in line at 7:30/8:00am. I don’t have time to sit at the dealership to get an oil change. I went to the take 5 at 3122 University. They got me in, checked my radiator and went over the results, filled my washer fluid. I had asked for the mobile one oil, but they only had two quarts. The young man had said he was out for a week and did not realize they only had two quarts of the mobile one 5w30. He pointed out that the oil just below the mobile one was just as good, it just didn’t have a couple of the additives the mobile one had. I chose the one below the mobile one. They also gave a 25% discount for veteran discount. I also have a second vehicle that I take to take 5 as well. Keep up the good work as well as the customer service. I will keep coming back.

I use Take 5 in Midland all the time but took my chances on visiting the Odessa location and got sub par service. They have to be reminded multiple times to check my tires after mentioning I was literally heading out to Colorado after my service. They then proceeded to give me a blank reminder sticker and never even checked any of the other fluids in my vehicle. The cherry on top was They forgot to bolt my skid plate back on and almost killed me and my children on the way out of town while I was driving on the highway. We have made attempts to call the local office to speak to someone with zero communication because apparently answering the phone at that location is not a thing. I believe our best option is to get our legal services involved. P.s. It would be wonderful to at least get my bolts back at the very least. So glad to report this was a completely different legal dispute if something would of happened to us or any innocent person on the highway following behind us.

Customer service was good quality work was horrible. They spilled oil all over my engine, checking the air filter. They said it was good when clearly it was dirty then putting back the air filter. They didn’t even tighten all the screws down clearly left a screw, not screwed into anything at all will I go back to give them service again? I highly doubt it. Anybody that goes there doublecheck their work
