Worst business ever period! Highly unprofessional. The man who runs it is a liar and a penny pincher. He will go the cheapest way to get things done.he has had our truck for over half a year and gave a millions bull reasons why it wasn't done. My husband is a mechanic himself and could have had it done in less than month. This man Andy will not return a call and if you call him he is "busy" my husband has taken off of work multiple times just because we can never get a hold of him. He has caused our family SOOOO much emotional distress. We are fed up our truck still doesn't work properly now my husband is taking off of work to fix it himself. After the I insurance paid full for Andy to fix it. A lawsuit is in the works it has gotten this serious. Please save yourself the stress and work with a real professional this man is a joke

The owner was patient with us regarding our insurance. They are really busy so that should mean a lot. That means they are good at what they do. They did an excellent job on my Yukon transmission. Everyone was so patient and nice. The owner kept in contact with us on the whole process.

"Transmission & Supply" Let me start off by saying that i got good transmission service here. This is my second transmission rebuild. I first took it to Cardoza's Auto on Andrews Hwy. They took me for nearly 3,000.00 dollars and didn't even fix the Trans. Not even 2 months later it gave out and they told me i only had a 30 day warranty. When they told me in the beginning i had a year. Anyways my car stayed park for almost 6 months while i saved money again to get the transmission done. A friend recommended TS&S. They fixed me up and got it fixed for a reasonable price. Upon pick up they noticed a miss fire and is now in the process of fixing this issue for me too. On another note to everyone else complaint about the "no answering" the phone. this is true it is hard to get a hold of anyone in the office. This to me is not a big issue. A simple fix and/or solution. I have had no issues with Mr. Andy. The times i have talked to him he has been upfront and honest and is more than willing to help out where he can. Although my vehicle is still in his possession and i hope he don't make me eat my words but as of right now i have not had any issues and/or do i have any complaints and would recommend TS&S to any new customers. I have had the opportunity to talk to his mechanic and has been there for 10 plus years and knows what he is doing.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!! If I could give this place negative stars it still wouldn’t be enough to explain how much of a terrible job they do. I paid for a rebuilt transmission and had to take it back three times. Each time I’ve taken it to this establishment, it’s taken no less than a mouth to get my vehicle back. They stop answering the phone early EVERY DAY. When you show up, the employees are always walking around like there’s nothing to do. The last time I took my vehicle in because it was stuck in 2nd gear ( again), they told me they didn’t know what’s wrong with it and wanted me to come get it. Upon a second opinion, it’s still being diagnosed as a bad transmission. Now they are refusing to repair their poor craftsmanship even though it came with a warranty that I am far from exceeding . You’d have better luck cutting the bottom out of floorboards and flintstoning where you need to go than getting quality repairs done here!

UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT AND SHOTTY REPAIR SHOP! IMO do not take your vehicle here if you want to actually have your vehicle fixed. Not only do they not answer their phones, they take a ridiculous amount of time to actual work on your vehicle, they do not honor any warranties, they are extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional when questioned and our contradicted by another qualified mechanic, and worst of all they do not do quality work for the prices they charge. You can see the unprofessionalism of this owner yourself by simply reading his responses to any negative reviews he gets. A true professional would want to make things right while this guy tries to blame the vehicle and/or the customer. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else!

Will only go to their shop! 100k and 6 years on the rebuild, towed insane weights, climbed mountains with it, never slips and always works. Can’t say that about a lot of shops! Our transmission went out going to Arizona from brownwood. We were told this was the best place around. Gave them a call, told them we were in a bind, they said bring truck, they had it fixed by the time we got back to Texas. I had a terrible experience with Transmission Service Supply and want to warn others. My truck broke down, and they were quick to answer and tow it, but once they had my vehicle, their true colors showed. They quoted me $1,800 to replace the rear drive shaft and said the part would take days. When I called to check on it, the front desk lady (the owner’s wife) was rude and dismissive, acting like I was a burden. I picked up my truck to avoid dealing with them further, only to be slapped with a $600 bill—$300 for the tow and over $200 for “diagnostics” that were unnecessary since my truck’s 8-inch lift makes the issue obvious. The husband seemed decent, but his wife shouldn’t be handling customer calls. They’re fine for towing, but I strongly recommend avoiding them for repairs—save yourself the hassle and overcharges.
